Very nice space overall! Outside of having to go to resort rentals to get the keys and have to drop them off when checking out (close but a mild inconvenience). Highly recommend this rental!

The property was nice. Our unit should only advertise the 3rd bedroom as one for children as was too small for one of our couples. some rugs needed washing.

We loved Madeira beach. Property was nice.

Beach was great. Condo nice. We all loved it. Needs TV's in other bedrooms. Especially if kids are with you. Beds slept good. Needs new strip around shower door. Would not stay on. Water came out onto floor. Also needs new door lock. Hard to get into it. Had a wonderful stay.

We met my sister and her husband, who stayed with us for two and a half days during our 9-day visit, and they also enjoyed themselves very much. The Villa is right on the beach, this is the shortest walk we've ever had to the water from any of our vacation stays in Florida! The outside of the unit was very well up kept, parking was completely private insecure, and the pool area and pull itself, we're very clean. We enjoyed our stay, and will consider it again next year when we're ready to return!

Only 6 towels for 3 people for 7 days. Very dusty. The elevator very hot and slow. Very outdated unit, could use upgrades. The lounge chairs by pool and huts need to be replaced. Very limited pool capacity, only 15 people allowed according to signs. Parking lot very dirty and oily. Needs power washed. Cable and internet can only be srrviced during 5 dayd ( Mon.- Fri) during redort management business hours. Could be out all weekend like ours was!. The best part of the stay was the view of the gulf! That is not worth the price of rental though.

Decent but not great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was decently nice but NOT worth the money. The water pressure in the showers were terrible. The third bedroom is so tiny. It was updated but had to pay $1800 more than other condos in the building just for updated countertops. The worst part is the keys you need for EVERYTHING. You have to have keys to get in the beach, get OUT of the beach. In and out of the pool and then inside the bathroom once you are inside the locked pool. If you have 3 adults in your room you constantly have to share keys and you end up stuck in the pool if you don’t have the key. It’s such a hassle.

Fun in Florida

The unit is nice, but the furniture is dated and very dusty. We very easily fit six adults in the condo. I recommend this condo highly and hope that the owners get new porch furniture and do a better job cleaning the unit.

Would not recommend stay at 404 Maderia

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location for key pick-up is about 10 miles away from actual rental. Electronic key entry would be more ideal. They were only able to provide 2 sets of keys, we had 4 different families staying in rental. Difficult to maneuver getting to beach, pool, and into building with having to toss keys down balcony etc. You need to key to get onto the beach, into the pool, into the elevator. You also need to the key to in order to exit said areas above as well. Pool only had roughly 10 lounge chairs for entire condo complex. Elevator broke during stay, our disable family member had to be carried up the stairs. Our dishwasher broke and was not fixed for 4 days from notice to management had to hand wash dishes for all meals for 4 days. Beds were not comfortable. Third bedroom had 2 twin beds and a dresser no room for anything else, very crowded, no closet, no room to even get dressed. Balcony was nice and had lots of seating but no option to have only fans on without porch light. Location was decent, beach front but red tide was very bad. John's Pass is nothing special. Would recommend staying at a different beach location in Florida.
