Only two miles from Historic Downtown Snohomish, this serene Dutch Hill estate offers peace and quiet to go with the 1430 sf bright and light 2 bedroom basement apartment. 9 1/2 foot ceilings and tons of natural light will make you completely forget you are in a basement. Casual comfort and all the amenities go along with the open feel, dedicated parking, private patio & even its own private dog yard.

Apartment boasts large, open living area, spacious full bathroom/laundry combo with double sinks (and awesome water pressure), open concept kitchen/dining, with bar and tons of storage. Large entertainment center with electric fireplace, high speed WiFi, Roku (includes xfinity cable channels), offers tons of entertainment options. Dishes, utensils, linens and weekly housekeeping is included.

Enjoy the tranquil peace of the country just 5 minutes from historic downtown Snohomish, 20 minutes from Everett and 45 minutes from Seattle or Bellevue. Step outside to hear the birds, see the resident horses, and enjoy the beauty of nature. Deer, coyotes and even the occasional weasel may pass through as you sip coffee on the patio or work from home.

Up to 2 pets under 50lbs are welcome to join you with (non-refundable) pet fee, so long as they don't chase or otherwise disturb the horses.

This property was the culmination of my dreams of owning my own little farm where I could enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, while keeping my beloved horses at home with me. I now train horses and teach people to ride in the Olympic sport of Dressage in addition to sharing my home with people who also enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.

It's so close to everything, but once you get into the neighborhood, you might as well be miles away. It's just such a peaceful place, it will leave you feeling refreshed every day.
