About this property

Welcome to our Ocean side home. We love our condo for its stunning ocean views and quiet convenience. There is nothing you need to leave for. You can wake up to the sun shining in from the balcony or the bedrooms.
Our newly updated 3rd floor unit gives you an un-obstructed view while feeling completely in touch with the ocean, red sand, and warm breeze. The north side of the beach is a “no drive” beach. Best of all you get the family setting without having to tote all your beach gear across busy A1A. The property has a pool on site, small grilling area, and a grassy area for the kids to play on. The unit has all the conveniences of “your home” including coin operated washer & dryer on each floor. There is a dishwasher, stove, fridge, cable, internet etc… Conveniently located near a Publix grocery store and local restaurants. If you feel like traveling, hop on Granada Blvd to get to all the conveniences.
Relax in paradise and enjoy all the amenities and beach.

We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean The owners were so helpful and met our requests to check in a day earlier than our scheduled date as it was available The beds were very firm (too much for us)The condo is in a very convenient location and lots to access easily Restaurants all close by and Publix just down The road

Extremely Comfortable Condo!

This condo is a good size, nice, is right on top of the water and extremely comfortable. The bed especially was high quality and so comfortable to sleep in. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and was immediately reachable as needed. It is easy to highly recommend this condo.

Gorgeous View!

Absolutely the perfect place to stay. Condo will not disappoint! It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise every morning from the balcony and the morning and evening walks on the amazing beach! We definitely hope to come stay here again. Thanks for making our visit perfect!

Great place - Couldn't Be Closer to the Water

We were in the area for a wedding. The unit was extremely nice and well stocked with everything needed to cook in, although we ate out most to the time. We greatly enjoyed the patio listening to the waves, watching the sunrise and having quiet to study scripture. Thanks so much.

Breathtaking Property!!

We just returned from a 7 night stay in this absolutely beautiful condo! I cannot even put into words how wonderful it is! We go to the beach every year and have for over 40 years. With that being said, I can honestly say this was the most clean, well kept, decorative condo we have ever rented! When I say clean I mean IMMACULATE! There was not a DROP of sand to be found anywhere in this condo and that’s impossible when you stay ON the beach but Idena and Jeff have made it possible! The condo comes fully stocked with everything you need! Communication with the owners is outstanding! We absolutely loved the pool! So clean and refreshing! I talked with a lady in the pool for over an hour that lives in this building and enjoyed hearing about her experiences living there. Certainly makes me want to live there as well! But I would need to have the couch and bed that was in condo 303! I wish we could have taken it home with us! A wonderful week that we did not want to end for sure!

Beautiful location and beautiful unit

The unit was clean. There were fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. There were plenty of spices, some Kureg Pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and a pantry full of staples, which was great. The living room and bedrooms had huge windows with awesome views. We could hear the ocean from our bedrooms. An absolutely wonderful place

Great Stay in Ormond Beach

We had a great week at this property. The place was very clean and comfortable and provided all the things we needed. The view from the balcony of the ocean was great! We enjoyed the pool at the property as well. Communication with the hosts was easy and timely. We did have some trouble with getting locked out of the building while at the pool one day because the keypad wasn’t working properly (no fault of the hosts). Hopefully the property management is working on this issue. We look forward to visiting Ormond again in the future! It was a great place for our family.

Beautiful sunrises lots of memories as a family

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the condo. We enjoyed morning sunrises with coffee, morning walks and nightly walks. Best view of the ocean. You literally have the most amazing views from the balcony. Clean condo and clean pool. The management of the whole condo does a great job taking care of condo. They take pride in the condo. We hope to be back and rent again. Wonderful memories

Peaceful and relaxing getaway

Greeted by fresh flowers and soothing waves, this property was perfect for our beach getaway. Clean, safe, and close to everything you need. The property personnel were very nice and welcoming. Having two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom was much appreciated (rather than twins). The sofa/loveseat was the most comfortable of any place we've stayed. If only we could have fit those in the car ... :) The hosts are incredibly responsive and friendly. We had a great stay - thank you!

Family beach vaca

Very nice remodeled condo. Clean and enough space for a family of four. Great kitchen amenities and beach supplies. My one recommendation would be a few more beach towels provided. Their were only 4 in the linen closet. The ocean view was beautiful from every room. I like to stay in this area because it’s quite but you are still close to all the activities. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay!

Ormond is a great place to stay

We stayed with a toddler, teenager and 2 adults and was perfect space. The property owners were very communicative and friendly. The only issue was it was listed that the pool was heated and it was not I think due to the recent storms. We loved the unit, location and nearby parks which we preferred to the busy Daytona area. There is something for everyone in this area.

Slice of Heaven

Our experience renting this property was fantastic! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Ormond Beach and the time we spent at this condo. The building and property were very nice, clean and well maintained. Everyone we encountered was friendly. This was our first Vrbo experience and it was definitely a positive one. The condo unit itself was lovely! From the moment I walked in, I knew I'd made a good decision. It was so bright, clean and fresh smelling. Fresh flowers were in a vase on the dining room table and there were other thoughtful touches throughout the condo. Everything we needed and more could be found. This unit was decorated in a way that had a relaxing and natural beach vibe without being overdone or cluttered looking. The view from the living room balcony and bedroom windows was spectacular! We had coffee every morning on the balcony while taking in the beauty of the majestic Atlantic. Some of us even spotted dolphins one morning. The red sand beach was also amazing. The guest room was decorated with such pretty beach glass colors. Every night we opened the windows and fell asleep to the sound of ocean waves rolling in, which was incredibly soothing. And when I woke early, I saw a vibrant orange sunrise. I just can't say enough good things about this place. My family and I were so comfortable and happy here. Restaurants and shopping were close-by and convenient. Communication with our hosts (Jeff and Idena) was excellent. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Wonderful beachfront vacation

Condo is immaculate and comfortable. The balcony was our favourite place to eat meals and the sunrise view from the balcony can’t be beat. We like the area; It’s peaceful and low key with amenities nearby.

Lovely Waterfront Condo

This property is terrific property! Bright and airy. Deck overlooks ocean and pool. No drive beach. Owners are great to work with.. Planning another stay in 2023!!!!
