Conveniently located just 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs and Palm Springs International Airport. This lush gated community has 2 large pools with large sundeck and many lounge chairs, 1 children's pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, BBQ's and coin operated laundry facility. Located 1 1/2 blocks north on Sunrise within walking distance are two grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shop, nail salon and more. The condo has one gated parking spot with remote control.

We've stayed in Steven's condo for 3 years now. He did some nice upgrades last year. The people in the complex are very friendly. Steven replies to any questions we have immediately.

Wonderful Getaway Spot!

The condo was clean, comfortable and well-equipped! Beautiful views! Friendly complex . There are 2 laundry rooms, very reasonably priced. Convenient location - basic stores within walking distance and nice neighborhood for walking and bike riding. There’s also a locked storage shed available for use if you bring bikes with. We also took advantage of the gas grill. Thanks for everything, Steven!
