SUPER SPACIOUS! Privacy entrance. Comfortable and cozy. Quiet and peaceful!

Beautifully decorated spacious one room and one bathroom studio. Sleeps up to 4. Very quiet and peaceful. Wake up rested to the sounds of the doves cooing in the morning. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker provided and anything else you may need, just ask. Covered outdoor dining and bbq on front lanai. Beautiful area with great views. Street parking. Handicapped accessibility. Also Waikoloa Village is great for peeps who love to walk. You’re going to Love it here on The Big Island. Lots to do. Hiking, snorkeling, boogie boarding, surfing, fishing, zip lining, sightseeing. So much to do here, too much to list it all. Also, we are happy to help you with knowledge of our beautiful island. We can provide many things to loan out, like boogie boards, chairs, ice chests, umbrellas, day tent, and maps. If you are needing anything else that we may be able to accommodate, just ask. We will be glad to help if we can. We are ohana. Jim and Dee.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please open windows except behind the headboard for airing out. Leave mini fridge plugged in and turned on. Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Remove trash from inside unit to outside trash can attached to the fence across driveway.
Please don't unplug or turn off mini fridge as the small tray overflows when defrosting.
No wet towels or clothing on wood laminate floors please. There is a hamper in the bathroom and a laundry basket in the room. Thank you.
