Das Haus ist nahe beim öV, Geschäfte sind fussläufig gut erreichbar. Die Übergabe hat gut funktioniert, wir konnten sogar früher als abgemacht einziehen. Leider gibt es im September nur noch wenig Sonne auf dem wunderschönen Sitzplatz. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Küche ist nicht optimal ausgestattet. Beim Kochherd funktionierten von 4 Kochplatten nur zwei. Weingläser gab es nur drei und keine Suppenschalen. Der Backofen war dafür super. Wir haben unseren Aufenthal in Montpellier genossen.

Das Appartement befindet sich innerhalb einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage mit Parkplätzen und ist eine Art Reiheneckhaus. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist insgesamt gut und die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Die Terrasse ist ein Highlight und wurde von uns zum Frühstücken und Abendessen ausgiebig genutzt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, ein wenig mehr Besteck und Küchenartikel wie zB Salatbesteck oder Spaghettizange wäre nicht schlecht. Die Straßenbahnstation und ein großer Supermarkt sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Eine sehr gute Bäckerei ist 10min Fußweg entfernt. Marie-Celeste ist eine tolle und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir würden dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Agréable séjour

La résidence étant bien située, le calme est effectivement au rendez-vous. Le logement est bien équipé même s'il manque peut-être une vraie table de salle à manger. Et surtout la propriétaire est très agréable, sympathique et à l'écoute de ses hôtes.

Eine super schöne Zeit

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt und angenehm. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr nett, hat uns zum Empfang sogar einen Prosecco kalt gestellt. Die Kommunikation wer bestens in Französisch und Englisch. Die Wohnung ist wirklich direkt neben einem sehr schönen Park und 10 Fussminuten von der Tram Haltestelle entfernt. Damit kann man also Easy die Stadt erkunden. Montpellier ist zu dem ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge. Die Betten waren sehr gut! Eine Klimaanlage ist zwar vorhanden,aber aufgrund der Ausrichtung und Lage haben wir sie nie benutzt. Es war immer angenehm Kühl und man konnte super schlafen. Auf der Holzterrasse kann man immer im Schatten sitzen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Es gab genug Stauraum für unsere eigenen Sachen. Also ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen! Top! Danke Marie!

Great location for exploring Montpellier

Lovely quiet house in a private gated residence. Clean, comfortable and well equipped with all we needed. Owner gave great directions, including helpful photos. Only a 10 minute walk to the tram stop and supermarket, five minutes to a local bakery. There was even a park just outside the house. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Only small niggle was that the kitchen table was small for three people and we didn’t want to sit on the sofa to eat.

Ein traumhaft schöner Ort, um in Ruhe die Region zu erkunden

Für zwei bis vier Personen ein ideales Appartement, wenn man die Nähe zu dieser wunderbaren Stadt verbinden will mit einer ruhigen Umgebung und der Möglichkeit, die Region zu erkunden. Darüber hinaus eine sehr angenehme und herzliche Eigentümerin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sehr heimisch gefühlt.
