* 4 bed, 3.5 bath home w/ open kitchen/living space.

*3rd floor rooftop with fireplace, as well as grill, bar, etc

*Foodie heaven within walking distance (Germantown and downtown) - also the Nashville Sound, Titans, Farmers Market, parks, live music, bars and coffee shops)

Nice spot in Germantown

We enjoyed our weekend stay on a friends trip. Property was well maintained and close to grocery store and restaurants/bars, in a neat neighborhood. Local walking/running path less than 10 minute walk from the house and Broadway is a short Uber ride away.

Great experience!

I stayed here with a group of girls and the home was beautiful and in a convenient location. Plenty of space for privacy, and we all felt very safe!

Nashville family trip.

We came to Nashville for a family adult trip. We could not have asked for a better experience. The home was perfect with plenty of room. Home was extremely clean and just a 10 minute Uber drive to downtown. We actually plan to book this same home next year for another trip. The owners are great and a pleasure to communicate with.

perfect place for an adult group

We stayed here with a group of friends for the weekend. We attended a concert at Bridgestone Arena. The house was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group of 4 couples. There were stores and restaurants nearby and the uber ride to the concert was short and cheap. Highly recommend!
