BEST VIEWS OF NASHVILLE! This BRAND NEW townhome with a amazing rooftop view is only 1.5 mi/7 min from Downtown Nashville. This home was carefully curated into offering comfort and ease as well as closeness to the city. Guests have a multitude of choices from relaxing on the rooftop with the view of the city to picture-taking in front of the hand-painted mural in the living room to cooking in the custom kitchen equipped with all your cooking necessities. Look no further for your perfect escape.
The first floor offers a bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom featuring a double shower. The first floor also hosts the first set of washer/dryer. The second floor has the kitchen, living room, and dining room equipped with a 60" TV and all the cooking essentials (pots, pans, silverware, etc). There is also a bedroom located on the second floor housing a king bed as well as a full bathroom. Not to mention, the second floor has a hand-painted mural perfect for picture taking.The third floor has two bedrooms- each with a queen bed. Third floor also has a full bathroom, SECOND full kitchen, and SECOND set of washer/dryer. There is also an additional entertainment space on the third floor with a 60" TV. To top it all off, the beautiful 15' x 25' rooftop escape with amazing views of the city and a gas grill. (Queen air mattress provided)
NO hanging art/signs/banners/taping over the mural of ANY type. A charge of $500 will occur due to damage.

We had a fabulous time in Nashville. We were there to celebrate my niece's 21st birthday. The Oasis house was close to downtown, clean, and safe. Wonderful accommodations for the weekend.

Loved the rooftop and layout of bedrooms. Nice location, maybe 30 - 40 minutes walking to Broadway bars. Recommend taking Lime scooters or bikes - Broadway traffic on weekends is a mess. We had 5 guests (all single) so everyone had a bed which was nice.

Great Location, Great Property

The property is not only recently updated, but extremely well maintained and clean! The rooftop deck has wonderful views and made us feel like we had our own little slice of Nashville to relax away from the beautiful chaos of downtown. The bedroom and bathroom layouts were perfect for our group and the upstairs second kitchen was very useful!

Quiet neighborhood

Very nice property. Clean and nicely decorated. Three floors with plenty of sleeping space. The private rooftop has beautiful views of the city lights at night and a great place to gather. Owner is very responsive. Highly recommend.

While this house was fine for our stay, it needs a few things. There were 10 of us staying and only 8 towels in the whole house, 1 dish towel, 4 spoons and no extra mirrors. It was very hard for 10 women to stay with only 8 towels and no mirrors in any of the rooms. It took extra time to get ready because we all needed mirrors to get ready and couldn’t use them if someone was in the shower. Super frustrating and also not ok that there were only 8 towels in the whole house. There should be at least 1 towel for every person the house can accommodate and really 2/person would be ideal. The whole house needs a good cleaning, the floors were dirty and the upstairs bathroom needs some deep cleaning done.

We were not made aware of any of these issues during your stay, and would have happily brought any additional applies you may have needed during your stay had we been made aware.

Great house!

We had 12 ladies in town for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend. The house is beautiful and roomy. I stayed on the bottom floor with my 3 guests which was the perfect suite for us with a huge walk-in closet. The girls stayed on the top 2 floors and everyone had a blast. Short Uber ride to Broadway was $6-$13 depending on the time of day. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Great location and beautiful home! We had such a good time exploring the area. 5 mins from Broadway and 2 blocks from Marathon Motor works,, which has a museum, winery and distillery. Bottom floor (entry) has the big master suite with 2 beds bathroom and walk-in closet. Middle floor has kitchen living and a king bed and bath. Top floor has 2 rooms with queens bathroom additional living and kitchen space, plus laundry! Also has a small rooftop area with was a nice bonus! We had a great stay!

Mom/Daughter Weekend

The location was good. Not close enough to walk to Broadway but super easy to get an Uber. The property was very nice and clean. Lots of stairs, but also a lot of room! It was well stocked with everything we needed. I had a few random questions for the host. He responded very quickly and was super friendly. We did have one issue where a few of the outlets in the bathrooms quit working. They literally came almost immediately to fix the problem. Overall it was a great place and I would definitely recommend it. We had a total of 9 adults.
