20 m from one of the most beautiful beach in the bay, "rohu" residence enjoys an exceptional setting. Completed in 2016, "The ROHU" is a small condominium (3 lots only) of luxury that was designed to offer both the benefits of a house and the "functional" side of a modern apartment. The landscaped garden and the wide open SOUTH openings on the terrace allow you to enjoy every ray of sunshine.
The apartment duplex is spacious (115m²) and has 3 bathrooms including 2 en the rooms.
Access to the apartment is independent and there is no opposite.
Closed parking lot.
