Confort, pratique, calme.

Logement au rez de chaussée calme , confortable , bien agencé et très bien équipé. Petit jardin, privatif, à l abri ds regards, bien orienté. Propriétaires sympas ,on ne peut plus discret. Pistes cyclables a proximité. Nous avons tout apprécié !!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in idealer Lage. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zahlreichen Restaurants. Flexible, sehr nette Vermieterin. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Alles super sauber, schöne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Für 2 Personen oder Paar mit jüngerem Kind zu 100% zu empfehlen!

Très bien Labenne-Océan

Es war ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub, in dem sehr schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten kleinen Appartement. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und haben uns direkt Wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöner privater Außenbereich mit Liegen, Grill und Tisch mit Sonnenschirm und Stühlen. Sehr gutes WLAN vorhanden, jedoch kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm, welches wir im Urlaub eh nicht benötigen. Alles perfekt. Der Strand, sowie die Besorgung von Baguette usw. waren fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt.

superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, la location est fidèle à la description donc pas de mauvaise surprise au contraire. Famille de 4, nous avons trouvé l'appartement (liste non exhaustive et dans le désordre): très fonctionnel, lumineux, super équipé, propre et avec beaucoup de rangements. L'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires sont également très appréciables. La quartier est super calme et très proche de la plage (très belle comme toutes celles des Landes) mais aussi d'une piste cyclable qui vous emmène sur Cap Breton, Hossegor,....et bien plus loin (à privilégier: la partie nord de la piste), d'un aquaparc, de quelques commerces... La région est magnifique et Labenne est superbement placé pour visiter Landes et Pays Basques

Wir haben dieses Appartement Juni/Juli 2015 für unseren Urlaub gebucht und waren sehr positv überrascht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles gleich gezeigt. Das Appartement ist toll eingerichtet - die Küche mit Cerankochfeld, Spülmaschine und großem Kühlschrank - das Wohnzimmer mit TV, schnellem Internet und einer gemütlichen Couch - im Bad hat uns die wirklich große Dusche sehr gefallen, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden - im Schlafzimmer ist genügend Stauraum für Kleidung. Im kleinen Garten vor dem Appartement standen Grill und Gartentisch mit großem Sonnenschirm. Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, Parkplatz direkt neben dem Appartement. Rundum ideal für uns - Ruhe morgends beim Frühstück im Garten - Ruhe Abends beim Abendessen im Garten. Aus diesem Grund haben wir dieses Appartement auch dieses Jahr wieder gebucht.

Nous avons réservé cet appartement en Juin / Juillet 2015 pour nos vacances et nous avons été surpris très positve . Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et il nous a été montré le même . L'appartement est bien meublé - la cuisine avec plaque vitrocéramique , lave-vaisselle et grand réfrigérateur - le salon avec TV, Internet haute vitesse et un canapé confortable - dans la salle de bains de la très grande douche a été très appréciée , même une machine à laver est disponible - dans la chambre est beaucoup d'espace de stockage pour les vêtements . Dans le petit jardin en face de la table appartement de jardin et barbecue se tenait un grand parasol . L'appartement est situé dans une rue calme , parking juste à côté de l'appartement. Très idéal pour nous - calme matin au petit déjeuner dans le jardin - calme soirée au dîner dans le jardin . Pour cette raison, nous avons à nouveau réservé à nouveau cet appartement cette année .
