Fantastic stay at thé villa

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war super toll. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Ein schöner’ großer Pool, die Einrichtung der Villa war sehr gut. Tolle Lage und nur 20 Minuten zum Strand. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und super tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Kinder haben Boule, Badminton und Tischtennis gespielt und die Gastgeber waren immer hilfsbereit und ausserordentlich freundlich.

Wonderful sea view house

We had a great two summer weeks at this fine sea view house. Communication with the owners was very easy and straightforward throughout. A WiFi issue - by the telco provider - was sorted very promptly the next working day. The hosts very kindly also arranged the pre-flight Covid tests for return to the UK for us. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable, but the real highlights are the amazing views, the wonderful south-facing swimming pool, the BBQ and outdoor sitting areas, the invaluable AC in all rooms, and the drum set and electronic piano for hobby musicians such as us. The property is conveniently located. Shopping is very easy to reach within just 5min drive, as is the beautiful village of Valbonne for ice cream, fruits, delis, plenty restaurants etc within less than 10min. Various golf courses and hiking trails within 10min, too. C 20min to wonderful adventure playgrounds for kids of all ages, and a good half hour to Lac de Saint Cassien, which are all absolutely great days out if you don't want to go to the beach every day. Well-deserved 5 stars for us.

Holiday to Remember

We enjoyed the house and garden so much that we holidayed here two years running. Presented to a very high standard with high quality fixtures and fittings, we felt really at home. Lovely pool and fabulous weather, the family enjoyed meals on the patio and the children enjoyed the trampoline and swings. Secluded, peaceful and private, the house was set behind locked gates with fantastic garaging that kept the car cool. Great air conditioning maintained cool temperatures throughout the hot days and electric shutters made the home feel very safe. Loved the long distance views to the sea and the close proximity of an excellent supermarket and neighbourhood boulangerie. Children particularly liked the two bedrooms on the first floor with their en-suite bathrooms and terrace overlooking the pool. From a practical point of view, the kitchen and utility room were well equipped making food preparation and washing so easy, and the separate house bins (glass, plastics and waste) were collected on a regular basis. Lovely sitting area for family to read, watch films, enjoy the view or plan the days out to the sea - we’d recommend Antibes and Cannes, and the markets at Valbonne and Sainte Maxime. Karine was incredibly supportive and the property was just what we hoped for.

Nous étions 4 adultes avec 4 enfants, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et se reposer au calme. Les enfants ont pu profiter du trampoline et du terrain de boules. La maison entièrement climatisée est bien agréable. Les commerces tout proche nous ont bien facilité la vie. A recommander fortement, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et ont répondus à toutes nos questions, merci à vous.

Situated in a quiet residential area, the property has all the facilities you would require including a fully equipped modern kitchen, separate laundry room, a pool that was safe for our children and a gas barbeque in a well kept garden area. The interior was very clean, very well decorated and had good quality furniture. The property comfortably accommodated 5 adults and 2 children with space to spare. We would recommend the property to anyone.

Fantastisk flott ferie!

Foreldre, to døtre, to svigersønner og to barnebarn har hatt en superfin ferie ! Det ligger i fredelige omgivelser, samtidig i nærhet til mange spennende opplevelser og koselige byer/steder. (Bil er nødvendig.) Dette var en spesielt velfungerende villa for oss! Her var det usjenert, fantastisk utsikt, stor og frodig hage med en svalende uteplass, herlig svømmebasseng, romslige og luftige soverom, koselige stuer og velutstyrt kjøkken....

La description de cette annonce est tout à fait conforme à la réalité, nous sommes partis à deux familles (quatre adultes et 4 enfants), la villa est particulièrement bien agencée pour que chacun retrouve sa propre intimité. Les équipements sont complets et fonctionnels, toutes les conditions requises pour passer un séjour agréable, reposant et pratique car la villa est proche des commerces (5 minutes en voiture). Traumhaftes Haus – perfekte Gastgeber! Das Haus von Karine und Jérôme ist perfekt aufgeteilt und geschmackvoll, wie auch praktisch eingerichtet. Die Aufteilung ist für Paare genauso gelungen, wie für Familien bis zu drei Generationen oder ein Kindermädchen. Es fehlte uns an nichts, an alles ist gedacht worden, bis ins kleinste Detail! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit einer neuen Einrichtung. Die Privatfähre ist gut geschützt, sodass man einen sehr ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub verleben kann. Der Pool und die Aussicht über das Tal sind atemberaubend! Der Aussenbereich lässt auch keine Wünsche offen, man müsste das Grundstück gar nicht verlassen und könnte den gesamten Urlaub nur dort verbringen, ohne das Langeweile aufkommt. Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen und elektrische Rollos sorgen für entspannte Sommernächte und lassen gut schlafen. In nur wenigen Autominuten erreicht man zahlreiche Restaurants, einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt mit Drogerie- und Haushaltswaren, Bäcker, Metzger, sowie mehrere Golfplätze und Ferienparks. Karine und Jérôme waren nicht nur perfekte und sehr nette Gastgeber sondern auch Reiseführer, sie versorgten uns mit sämtlichen Information zur Gegend und Land. Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie einen traumhaften Urlaub dort verleben dürfen! Unsere Bewertung: 5 Sterne in allen Punkten! DANKE :)

Formidable

Cette villa est très spacieuse, très bien entretenue et propre. Elle est tranquille et en même temps très bien placée à proximité de belles villes comme Grasse. Et aussi à proximité de la mer. Nous étions 5 et nous avons passé un séjour super et les enfants étaient contents avec la grande piscine. Les propriétaires sont charmants et ont répondu à toutes nos questions. La correspondance a été très facile. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette belle maison; nous allons reloué cette villa si nous décidons de repasser nos vacances dans cette magnifique région.

An amazing villa in a beautiful spot!

The villa is wonderfully setting, with beautiful views and is a little piece of heaven. A real home from home, kitted out with everything you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, TV and wifi, pool, outdoor bbq and a fantastic host. Karine made us feel welcome from our first contact with her, she was extremely accommodating and helpful prior to our stay and her welcome continued through to our departure! A truly wonderful villa - we will definately go back!!

Very comfortable,highly recommended

The house is perfectly located, 5 min drive to shopping areas, 5 min drive to Valbonne village and 30 min drive to Cannes or Antibes beaches. The house is very modern and sunny, fully equipped, and has a gorgeous pool. The 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom and restroom which perfectly fits the needs of 6-8 people. There are many parkings inside. The landlord is very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful holiday in the sun

A clean, well presented and maintained spacious villa with all the facilities we could possibly want. Hiring a car enabled us to access such wonderful places as Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and Italy as well as the beautiful local places , Valbonne, St Paul de Vence. The grounds and pool are also well maintained and pleasant to sit and relax in as the area is very quiet and peaceful. The pool is amazing. A lovely week with visits to some splendid restaurants.

Villa et environnement exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances avec nos enfants. Villa très propre et accueil très sympathique. La villa est très agréable, lumineuse et la vue en hauteur formidable. L'espace de jeux (trampoline, ping pong, terrain de boules) est très apprécié des petits et grands. Superbe piscine. Tous les commerces sont à côté. Les plages de Cannes et Antibes sont à une demi-heure. Je recommande cette location et j'espère pouvoir y revenir.
