Provencal villa - panoramic view and heated swimming pool

Within a stone’s throw of the Riviera and the great beaches you will find the medieval villages of Valbonne and Biot. In between the two villages you will find this beautiful villa located in a popular and proper “domain”, enclosed and with private tennis courts! The house is situated at the upper grounds of the area. From the terrace and the pool-area there is a splendid view over the landscape and the mountains. The new swimming pool (heated at about 28 degrees or more) and its area are great for playing kids as well as for sunbathing adults. Covered terrace for relaxing in the shadow. Typical Provencal flowers and palm trees in the green garden. The house has a new and nice interior with a spacious living room/lounge with a 5 metres high ceiling. The kitchen is new and equipped with all facilities for a comfortable vacation.
Calm neighbourhood and child friendly. Near the sea, beaches, genuine village life and the beautiful green nature.

Very nice pool Area and the most beautiful view. Lovely house with all you need. We had a very nice vacation. Be aware that there is only AC in the Living room and small fans in the bedrooms. Also no hairdryer.

The pool was highlight for the kids

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The kids preferred the pool instead the beach and for shade lovers there was a nice overgrown pergola. The house is geographically perfectly situated, you can go to Antibes, Grass, Cannes, Nice, Vallbonne, etc. all within less than 30 minutes. Food marked, pharmacy and bakery are reachable by foot. There was AC in the living room but not the sleeping room. During the hot summer night it was upstairs pretty warm, on the other hand we couldn’t get a cold by the AC.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour : l'emplacement de la villa est parfait pour visiter la région ; son jardin et sa piscine à débordement offrent une vue superbe sur les montagnes ; la pièce à vivre est très agréable. La maison est aussi très bien équipée. Petit bémol : la salle de bain et les chambres de l'étage mériteraient un petit coup de frais. La cuisine etait propre mais non rangée (vaisselle sur l'évier).

Blissful week at a beautiful house

We enjoyed a fabulous week at this really stylish, wonderfully quiet and well equipped house situated 10 mins from the really pretty town of Valbonne. The infinity pool area with high quality sun loungers and the outdoor dining space, complete with BBQ grill was particularly glorious and where we spent the majority of our time. The owner was really helpful, texting us on arrival to make sure everything was OK and responding to any questions very quickly. We will definitely be back - it really is a fabulous property. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Traumhafte, ruhige Ferien

Wir waren für 1 Woche im Haus, Anfang September. Die Lage ist Top,. Es liegt innerhalb einer Anlage, die durch ein Tor führt, man fühlte sich sicher. Das Haus liegt ganz oben, sodaß man einen herrlichen Blick in die Berge hat. Der Infinitypool hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Unsere Kinder können super schwimmen. Für alle mit Nixhtschwimmern gibt es eine Absperrung. Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl, da man in ein voll ausgestattetes Haus kommt. Parkplatz vor der Türe. Es gibt Nachbarn, die man aber von der Terrasse und Pool aus nicht sieht. Erholung pur! Falls es Fragen gibt, ist Bruno immer hilfreich! Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 25 min in Antibe und am Flughafen von Nizza. Gerne wieder!

Couché de soleil magnifique entre mer et montage!

Entre mer et montagnes, notre villa était idéalement située. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin se trouvait à moins de 5 minutes. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. A cela, il faut ajouter la vue depuis la terrasse et son couché de soleil tout simplement MAGNIFIQUE! Le propriétaire fut très disponible et nous a guidé à l'arrivée et au départ. Allez-y les yeux fermés!

Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem sehr gepflegten Pool und Garten.

Unsere fünfköpfige Familie war sofort begeistert von dem wunderschönen Überlaufpool und dem gepflegten Garten. Auch das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Waschmaschine/Geschirrspüler und Trockner sind technisch hochwertig. Der Vermieter ist sehr höflich und zuverlässig und beantwortet jede Mail sofort. Viele interessante Orte und Museen sind in 30 Minuten problemlos mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne nochmal wieder!

La vue de la terrasse et de la piscine sont exceptionnelles, surtout au coucher de soleil. La maison très agréable, très bien équipée. Un lieu idéal pour visiter l'arrière pays niçois et d'Antibes. Une communication fluide et réactive avec le propriétaire.

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette location. La maison est très propre et parfaitement organisée, on se sent comme chez soi dès l'arrivée ! Tout est mis à la disposition du vacancier pour que son séjour se passe pour le mieux. L'extérieur est joli et surtout très calme. La piscine a été très appréciée par les petits et les grands, la propreté et la température de l'eau étaient parfaites. Mais surtout, la vue est juste féérique le soir au couché du soleil. Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous allez adorer !

Vacances idylliques!

Pour la seconde année consécutive nous avons loué cette maison aux prestations parfaites, convenant aussi bien à des séjours entre amis qu en famille. La vue est magnifique, aucune nuisance sonore, le propriétaire met à disposition tout le nécessaire pour que les locataires n aient besoin de rien. La situation géographique permet de visiter Valbonne ou Biot et en quelques minutes Antibes, cannes ou Nice. À essayer sans hésitation! Nous envisageons de revenir l an prochain

Très agréable villa.

Villa bien située sur la hauteur, au calme avec une belle vue dégagée. La maison est bien équipée et entretenue. Le jardin et la piscine à débordement sont particulièrement agréables (il manque juste un grand parasol au bord de la piscine). C'est un très bon choix pour rayonner sur la cote d'azur, de Fréjus à Menton !

Merci de votre généreuse appréciation. Notre palmier Camerops sur la plage de la piscine, a il est vrai perdu beaucoup de palmes et fait moins d ombre, mais il sera bientôt remis de sa maladie (Papillon du Palmier). En attendant, il est possible d utiliser l'espace très ombragé de la Pergola et sa belle glycine. Très cordialement - bruno

Excellent séjour en famille avec 3 enfants dont 1 bébé. Maison très agréable à vivre, au calme, chambres spacieuses et cuisine très bien équipée. Piscine à débordement avec vue sur les montagnes, magnifique !

"We had a wunderful week ...

"We had a wunderful week in Val d''Azur. The house was well equiped and furnished. Mountain view from many of the rooms. The beautiful pool was not heated but we did take a swim after playing tennis in the domain. We had a wunderful time even if the weather was colder than it use to be. I can strongly recomend this wunderful house !!! We would like to come back."
