We love the area of Playa Flamenca and wanted a quality villa close to all the amenities as we weren’t hiring a car. Case Martina had everything we wanted, spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and very well kept. Monica the agent was very helpful on arrival as we were early but she accommodated us with no hassle. The Vila was very clean both in and outsideThe two double beds were very comfy which set us up for a nice breakfast each morning and the comprehensive kitchen has everything you want including a nice welcome pack.You have chairs and tables in numerous places both inside and outside so you can follow the sun or hide in the shade whenever you want, equally the pool is only metres away so plenty of fun with the kids if needed.The aircon was a bonus on the nights as it was stifling at times.

We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Martina. Beautiful, clean and spacious home with great outdoor space. Great location with plenty of amenities in walking distance. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future!

Playa Flamenca stay May 2024

This property is fantastic, in a safe gated urbanizacion in a great location, walking distance to shops, beaches, restaurants and bars. House is immaculate, tv and wifi included too which was great. Would highly recommend! Great communication and instructions from the property owner too, which is always a plus.

Beautiful Accommodation in Orihuela

Such a lovely and homely stay in this beautiful, spacious and clean accommodation. It had everything we could possibly need and more! Supermarket just around the corner which was very handy. The pool was lovely and very clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the sunny terrace. Really did not want to leave! Location was perfect for us as we were visiting friends close by and the beach was a short walk away.

Fabulous accommodation in great location

The accommodation has absolutely everything you could need or want. Martine and Miguel greeted us warmly and gave a full explanation of where everything was etc. When we couldn’t work the TV Miguel came to assist us very quickly. We have rented many times before but this was one of the best. No hesitation in recommending this property.

Had a lovely 8 days with our family . Everything you need is in the house to make it home From Home. We was met at the house with keys and Martine was very helpful in replies to any messages . Great location easy walk to beach , restaurants and supermarket. We would highly recommend it and would love to return .

Lovely once again

This was our 2nd 2 week visit to Casa Martina and we had a lovely time once again. The property is very clean and well furnished and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. The villa is right across from the lovely pool and the complex is gated therefore very safe and secure. There is no need to hire a car as everything is within walking distance Mercadonna supermarket, restaurants, bars, Saturday market and the La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre and the lovely beach. Nice stay

Location of this property is really good. Short walking distance to restaurants and bars. Easy to get to the supermarket and a 15 minute walk to the beach, or 3-4 minute drive. 15 mins to drive into Torrevieja.You are a few yards from the pool, which you can see from the property.Facilities are good, everything you need for holiday is included. There is loads of storage space in the bedrooms, which are a good size. Our only negative point is that the cleanliness was not good. Especially in the upstairs bathroom. I had to go buy cleaning products an clean the shower before we used it. The key delivery and collection was smooth.

Beautiful Villa and fantastic location

When we arrived we were met by Martine who is a lovely friendly lady and she gave us all the information about the villa. Everything was spotlessly clean and the villa has everything you need for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The villa is very spacious, the kitchen is large and has every utensil you could think of. The beds are also very comfortable. The villa has a lot of out door space with plenty and is directly across from the pool. The location is fantastic as you are only 5 mins walk to both the large Mercadona Supermarket and the commercial centre with restaurants and bars. The Saturday market is also only 5 mins walk away it is only a 10 minute walk (15 minute stroll) to the La Zenia Boulevard where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The photos you see on the website are what you get. We would definitely recommend this villa - you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back. Thank you Martine. Liz, Colin, Chloe & Ryan

Casa Martina - great villa/great location.

Have just returned from a 2 week holiday at Casa Martina, Playa Flamenca. The villa is perfect. Very Spacious, clean and beautifully furnished and is very well equipped with everything you need (and more) for a fantastic holiday. The villa has great outdoor space too. Lovely large L-shaped terrace at ground level which is directly across from the pool and a great roof terrace with fabulous views. Both terraces are fully equipped with good quality sun beds, patio furniture and a new bbq on the lower terrace. We have had a few holidays in Playa Flamenca but Casa Martina has the best location - just minutes away from everything you want. - Saturday market, La Zenia Boulevard with its fantastic shops, restaurants and coffee shops, the Mercadona and great beaches, all within walking distance. Can recommend Rustica restaurant, Cbreezes bar and Murphy's Irish bar all just a short walk away. Can highly recommend Casa Martina and Playa Flamenca for a fabulous holiday. Thank you Martine. It was lovely to meet you and your local agents Nadia and her husband Heliodoro, you were all very helpful. As you can see, Joe and I had a wonderful holiday.

Boende med nära till allt. Har hyrt bostaden tidigare och valde att komma tillbaka. Allt man behöver finns tillgängligt, otroligt sköna sängar, bra disponerad och bra läge. Bra kommunikation med värdarna under hela semestern, från bokning till det att vi lämnade. Huset ligger precis vid poolen vilket är ett plus. Vi kommer garanterat att boka samma boende igen.

Fantastiskt boende

Vi vistades i bostaden under tre veckor. Ett par veckor var vi två vuxna och resten av tiden sex vuxna och två små barn. Boendet och omgivningarna är mycket barnvänliga. Ett mycket bra boende med allt man kan önska sig. Bra kommunikation, utrustning och läge. Incheckning och utcheckning fungerade smidigt. Läget är bra med allt man kan önska sig i närområdet. Själva bostaden är i mycket gott skick. Extra plus för att det finns gott om utemöbler på altanerna samt strandstolar. Kommer gärna tillbaka. Boendet rekommenderas.

En jättefin bostad och välutrustat med allt man kan behöva i kök och grill på uteplatsen. Lugnt och fint. Passade våra behov alldeles utmärkt. Rekommenderas varmt. Värdinnan Martine mycket hjälpsam och enkel att ha med att göra.

Närhet till strand och service

Bra läge, nära pool, service och strand. Välutrustat kök. Skulle ha varit fint med matgrupp uppe på solterrass. Saknade genomgång av förvaltare av dörrlås, utrymningsvägar vid eventuell brand, brandvarnare, etc. I övrigt ett fint semesterhus.
