Greeted by a charming, patient and polite lady> The property was superb - as advertised. The location excellent for easy access to the centre. Plus (essential in Collioure) there was parking at the property.

Nice small apartment for two. Lovely sun porch and good amenities. No bedding or towels but we rented some. Convenient location by the train station. Surprisingly quiet and an easy walk to town. No WiFi which was inconvenient.

L hébergement est vraiment tres agreable, bien équipé, avec une terrasse spacieuse et agreable. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu il faut . Le parking également est idéal. Le logement est proche du centre-ville et de la plage à pied comme indiqué dans l annonce. La dame qui nous accueille est tres sympathique et la propriétaire aussi. Le seul bemol, il y a un bâtiment en cours de construction en face, mais ca nous a pas empêché de passer une bonne semaine.

Le logement est proche du centre 10 min à pied, et il y a un e place de parking facile d'accès, et la clim fonctionne bien.Rien ne manque dans le logement.Le seul point un peu moins bien est la terrasse qui donne maintenant sur un bâtiment en construction,et la gare.

Lovely flat in excellent position and with parking (an essential in Collioure).which all contributed to a very pleasant stay. Very nice to see Mme Duchene (agent) again. Bel appartement en excellente position et avec parking (un indispensable à Collioure).qui ont tous contribué à un séjour très agréable. Très agréable de revoir Mme Duchene (agente). Schöne Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage und mit Parkplatz (ein Muss in Collioure), die alle zu einem sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen haben. Sehr schön, Mme Duchene (Agentin) wieder zu sehen.

Séjour sur la côte Vermeille

Appartement avec un emplacement idéal sur Collioure, grande terrasse, il ne manquait rien en équipements, place de parking privé , ce qui est un gros potentiel sur Collioure car impossible de se garer sans payer sauf de 0h à 8h. Quartier très calme la plupart des déplacements peuvent se faire à pied, ( sentier du littoral ) voir bus que du plaisir pour des vacances sans voiture

A 5mn à pied du centre ville

Appartement bien situé avec une place de parking gratuite. Il est bien aménagé et bien équipé. La grande terrasse peut être un plus, malgré tout la vue donne directement sur la gare à 50m et un chantier en cours de construction au pied de l'immeuble.

Très bien placée, on peut tout faire à pied. Et la place de parking est essentielle. Je ne peux évaluer la communication avec le gérant immobilier car il n'y en a pas eu!
