Provencal farmhouse located in the vineyards with private pool. Ideal for recharging one's batteries or finding friends or family.

Le Mas is a family property passed down from generation to generation where we find the taste of authenticity. It is nevertheless equipped to meet more current needs with air conditioning and wifi. And take advantage of the time that goes by with its swimming pool and deckchairs, its bowling green as well as a ping-pong table and table football.

It is isolated and independent while being very close to amenities because Aubignan is barely 3 km away, as are Baumes de Venise and Caromb. Carpentras is 8 km away.

Access is easy from the A7 motorway.

Lovely week in Vaucluse

We had a very comfortable stay in this old Mas. The pool (and AC) nicely helped us adapt to the heat. And there is plenty to enjoy in the region (Dentelles, Mt Ventoux, villages, vignerons, ...).

Magnifique mas provencal

Superbe bâtisse ceinte d'un mur et merveilleusement située au milieu des vignes pour effectuer à moins de 30 minutes des balades, randonnées et visites dans le massif des Dentelles de Montmirail, le Mont Ventoux, les villes d'Orange, Vaison la Romaine... La climatisation dans toutes les pièces, la piscine chauffée, des salles de bains magnifiques et la propreté irréprochable des lieux ont rendu ce séjour excellent. Calme absolu.

Un endroit rêvé pour en faire un cocon pour des vacances en famille. Une maison charmante , avec un excellent niveau d'équipement, où l'on se sent bien. Sport, course à pied le long du canal, VTT, vélo sur la voie verte, piscine, pétanque, ping-pong, baby-foot, et le tout, seuls au monde...avec toutes les commodités à 3 km ! Un seul regret: des vacances trop courtes !

Une parenthèse enchantée dans cette maison pleine de charme, loin du bruit et de l'agitation, mais près de tous les "petits bijoux" de cette magnifique région. Tout est prévu pour que petits et grands trouvent leur plaisir....piscine, pétanque, ping-pong etc.... Tout était parfait. Nous avons été accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et une bien agréable invitation à goûter à la récolte du domaine. Un immense merci. Bénédicte est toujours disponible pour un bon conseil ou une bonne adresse. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison qui a garder son cachet d'autrefois mais qui a toutes les commodités dont nous avons l'habitude. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner si nous revenons dans cette région.

Nous étions 3 couples d’amis avec les enfants et nous avons adoré. La maison est spacieuse, l’extérieur idyllique... Les différentes terrasses permettent de prendre les différents repas à l’ombre. La piscine grande et profonde. Tout était réunis pour passer un excellent séjour. La propriétaire et la gérante très sympathiques et aux petits soins....

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine entre amis (8 adultes) en juillet 2021 dans la très jolie maison Le Rocan Roux. La propriété est assez grande et tout à fait isolée, au milieu des vignes, à quelques kms d’Aubignan. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique! Nous avons été super bien accueilli par la fille des propriétaires et avons même reçu un sympathique cadeau de bienvenue. La piscine chauffée, le terrain de pétanque, les deux jolies terrasses extérieures et le charme de la bâtisse nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour. Merci encore !

Domaine authentique situé idéalement pour visiter la région.

Corps de bâtiment rustique, beaux espaces clos de mur , invitant au farniente autour de la piscine, le tout au coeur des vignobles et proches des dentelles de Montmirail. Commerces et maraîchers charmants proposant de beaux légumes et fromages, à proximité, pour accompagner les bonnes grillades que vous préparerez sur la cheminée barbecue prévue à cet effet. Seule contrainte , prévoir approvisionnement d eau potable en quantité pour cafés, thés et repas car eau dispo non potable. Bon rapport qualité prix nous avons passé un agréable séjour, tant les adultes que nos ados entre la piscine et les parties de ping pong.le plus: observer les etoiles filantes sur les transats a la nuit tombée...0 pollution lumineuse.. magique .
