Cousins and friends trip

We loved this place. It was perfect for location right on the beach walk out the back door to pool. And only 6 miles from downtown St Augustine. The cost was extremely appropriate. Will definitely stay here again.

Memorial Day Memories!

We had an amazing long weekend in this condo. Clean, comfortable, and perfect location by the pool for the kids! Very close walk to the beach and nice beach toys that other guests left that the kids used. Loved staying on the ground floor, very convenient for all of our beach gear. We will definitely be back!

Great location for pool and beach!

This condo is perfect - just a few steps from the large Spanish Trace pool and a few more steps over the dunes to the beautiful St. Augustine beach! Everything you need for a low-key, no frills beach vacay. Grocery shopping and restaurants are close by. Historic St. Augustine is 10 minutes or less away.

Beach Get Away

The place was exactly as described. Close to the pool and beach. The property itself was beautiful kept up. The only downside was the laundry facility. It only took coins and didn't have a change machine. But even so we would stay here again.

Positives: Comfortable condo, easy check in process , nice outdoor furniture, great location. Negatives: Would have liked the pool to be heated…cold water for this time of year, wish it was easier to get through gate without putting in code every time, could not park near our unit, as parking lot was blocked off due to outside painting, would have liked to have streaming services on tv (Netflix,YouTube, etc) Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Staying Again?? Oh Yes!

We had family staying in a nearby complex that leased Sunday to Sunday. Spanish Trace was more flexible, so that got us there. But the amenities and ambiance will bring us back! Spacious with comfortable furnishings, beautiful pool and easy access to the beach. Very nice laundry on grounds! We loved the ground floor access to the pool!

Property was charming and looked like pictures. Seemed mostly clean although had a musty smell. Maybe air filters need changing. We opened windows and doors and that helped air it out. Excellent location to pool, beach and downtown. Pool was beautiful although chilly. Construction happened every day with lots of noise. Would have appreciated knowing that before booking. booking.

Unit not up to par

Have stayed at same complex for years and even in this unit before when it was managed through Spanish Trace. This visit was not up to par due to the unit having cockroaches (yes, I know it is Florida and there are bugs), no drying rack, limited linens of bad quality, no food storage items (Tupperware), limited silverware, sliding door very hard to open due to rust, smoke detectors were beeping and had to be taken down. Unit was not very clean. Will stay at Spanish Trace again but doubt it will be in this unit.

Diane, We are very sorry for these inconveniences. When you notified us about the smoke detectors, our on call agent was there to address that issue within the hour. She was not notified of these other issues, but would have absolutely addressed them, had we known. We will go into the unit to take inventory of those supplies and remedy the remainder of those maintenance items immediately. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention.

Access to the beach was great. Cleanliness of plumbing fixtures in bathroom and kitchen was not good. Mildew on most of the fixtures. Saw roaches in the kitchen three times during our last two days staying here. Given the cleanliness, we felt the place was overpriced Significantly. This will be a one time onlystay for us.

Great long weekend

Our accommodations were very nice. Large bedrooms, king sized beds, and comfortable living area. We walked right out of our unit to the pool and a short stroll to the beach. I was a little disappointed in the ocean view, but overall a great condo.

Love the property but master bed is terrible

My family has stayed on this property since the 70’s and we love it here. The condo itself was nice with plenty of dishes/cookware. The master bed was terrible to sleep on, I don’t think the mattress has been changed since the early 2000’s. We were a little inconvenienced on the first day due to a leaky pipe in the front room and having to wait for the plumber to come. He ended up cutting two decent size holes in the ceiling and after that I didn’t feel comfortable putting my 9 month old in that room.

Family vacation
