This place is a gem, with very welcoming vibes, and extremely clear and easy instructions and check-in/out procedures. I found its location to be very convenient for walking to downtown, but it’s just far enough away from the bars and clubs to make for a peaceful and quiet stay.

Cozy Stay in CO Springs

Quick trip to CO Springs for Memorial Day weekend. Dog friendly and in walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Property Manager was easy to communicate with.

My boyfriend and I loved staying here. The space was very cozy and comfortable, and the apartment had good security and felt quite safe to us. Check in and check out were a breeze. The location is close to lots of good stuff. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch! We would happily stay here again in the future.

This is a well-appointed, cozy apartment. Everything you need has been provided. We liked the eclectic style of decorating. The owner also made our dog feel welcome. If the need arises, we will stay here again.

Great place. Cute inside and all the amenities you could ask for. I appreciate a Keurig Coffee maker!! I would stay here again. I am not a fan of parking in the street so we parked int he Dominos lot. Otherwise if you park in the street you are taking up a lane of traffic that is coming over a hill.

Boulder Stay

Great location, two blocks from Tejon street so we could walk to Sunday brunch. Kitchen was well outfitted and the porch had two nice cushioned rockers where I sat with my coffee n the morning. We will book again. Great for our small dog with an outdoor pet area and she could wander in the fenced in porch area.
