Cute little place! Very comfortable for four friends on a long weekend. Walking distance to downtown. Hosts were great! Would definitely stay here again!
Stayed here with some friends and it was perfect!! All five of us could fit on the couch in the living room and we enjoyed cooking there too! The A/C was fantastic and the beds were comfy.
Overall we enjoyed this stay. The location was great and the space worked very well for our family of 5. We fit comfortably, enjoyed game time, watched movies, and each person had their own space to sleep. Having 2 bathrooms was great, too! The house had a bad odor while we were staying signaling a possible plumbing problem. We were grateful for the air fresheners all around the house- sprays and plug-ins. It also seemed like some items were not stocked, such as dishwasher detergent. We stayed for 2 nights, and it worked for us for that time frame, but may have not enjoyed it if we were there longer.
As other reviewers have noted, the house is small, but with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, it had everything we needed. It’s in a good location, quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again if I’m ever in Colorado Springs again.

Great place, great location, would definitely stay here again. Only constructive criticism would be to have some lawn maintenance done.
Perfect! Clean, thoughtful accommodations, great location!
Wish we could have stayed longer! Loved this cozy, perfect space. Great location for us; close to everywhere we were visiting. My husband, 10 year old son, 2 year old daughter & myself had everything we needed: clean eating area, cozy living room, our own rooms (a dark private/quiet, clean room for my daughter to nap & sleep). The bathrooms & kitchen were perfect. And all for a really great price. Highly recommend!

Worthwhile
Overall my friend and I had a good time! The view from the front yard was very pretty and the location was very convenient! Checking in was a bit of a struggle and getting in touch with the host took a while. It was only a short delay and luckyly we got in after a few hours! Gave us time to explore the nearby places.. I do want to thank the host for a comfortable experience.
Overall this property served it's purpose and we enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) who came through Colorado Springs on a road trip. The property manager was great at communicating with us, the house was very clean and we were fairly close to downtown (not exactly walkable, but close). The only drawbacks were the very busy street in front of the house and the house was smaller than I thought it would be based on the pictures.
The location was excellent, very convenient to everything.
The kitchen needed better lighting, and more dishes, bowl, and glasses. Upstairs bathroom electrical outlets did not work. The picture of the house didn't quite match reality.

Just travelling through
I like older houses, but this one seemed very dark and many of the light bulbs were missing from the fixtures.

This is an excellent location! We loved the location and it’s accessibility. The house is quaint and is what I would expect from an older home. However the appliances are in definite need of upgrade and repair. One appliance stopped working while we were there and I’m sure the fridge is next.
My only real complaint is that no where in the info about the place are you told upfront that you share this property with 2 other renters. We met one of them, and they were very nice…but I would have liked to know up from that we shared a space with other renters.
