In a quiet and privileged environment, 5 Min. walk to the beach, modern house of 150 m2 with beautiful private swimming pool (8mx5m) and terrace on an enclosed garden of 900 m2 not overlooked;

The house has on the ground floor: an open living dining room with large windows, a kitchen and utility room, a toilet and a master suite with bathroom (shower and spa bath).
Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with a single bed and one with a double bed) and two interconnecting rooms each (one with a double room communicating with a single bed), WC and separate bathroom.
Baby cot and high chair on request.
Parking outside the house, alarm, digital code / video phone and wifi.

Séjour en famille

Maison très bien équipée et confortable, très au calme avec plage toute proche et piscine impeccable ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Point d’étonnement : ni Abritel ni le propriétaire n’ont pu nous fournir une facture de la location.

It was fantastic

We had a great stay in this wonderful house. The garden is fantastic, the pool "saved" us in the great heat, the house really has everything you need for a great holiday. Concarneau and the surrounding area are also absolutely worth a visit. We will be back again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa avec piscine chauffée Nous pouvions aller à pied à la plage ou faire des balades sur le sentier côtier. Idéale pour des familles avec des jeunes enfants.

Maison super confortable, calme arboré. Tout équipement. 10mn à pied du sentier côtier bordant de petites criques . Accueil sympathique et présence si besoin. Grâce à un temps ensoleillé, nous avons profité un maximum des installations du jardin et de la piscine chauffée . Literie adulte à revoir, quelques désagréments de volets au départ et durant notre séjour. Super marché 5 mn en voiture, criée 8 mn en voiture. Ville close 8 mn en voiture

Great house in a wonderful part of Brittany

This house is perfectly positioned to enjoy the region. There are spectacular beaches within 15-20 mins drive. The house is amazing. Plenty of space. Great facilities and a fantastic heated pool. The owners and their family are extremely helpful and relaxed. A great place to stay! Highly recommended

Agréable séjour à Concarneau

Villa moderne, très bien située, très agréable pour des vacances en famille, près de la mer ( 500 m à pieds) sentiers côtiers pour de bonnes ballades, près des grandes surfaces pour les courses, piscine chauffée, villa très bien équipée et jardin clos et sans vis à vis. Je recommande cette villa pour passer de bonnes vacances, accueil sympathique et propriétaires très disponibles.

Lovely stay at Concarneau

We had an excellent stay here in summer 2019 with four adults and three children (aged 4, 5 and 6). The house was spotless, modern and very well equipped and homely. The owners were responsive with any questions via text and sent someone over to the house immediately when we had an issue with the jacuzzi (resolved). The pool was just perfect for our children and is heated. Bring your own towels for inside the house as these aren’t provided although tea towels are. We appreciated the pool towels and comfortable seating area round the pool. A big supermarket is four minutes drive away and there is a beach within walking distance (go through the campsite to reach it). Thank you so much for a great time!

A spacious and comfortable home in a great location for the beach and town

We have just had a wonderful 11 days here with friends and their children. The house is tucked away in a quiet street only 5 minutes walk from 2 beaches and 10 minutes walk from a lovely cafe/bistro serving mussels and Home made pizzas. There is a supermarket about a mile away and the town of Concarneau is only 10 minutes in the car. Here you will find lots to see, great shopping and lots of authentic Breton food at reasonable prices. We would especially recommend the family run Restaraunt Trimaran in the old town. The house it’s self has a very well equipped kitchen - we had all we needed to cook for 6 of us on numerous occasions. There is a large and comfortable lounge, and outside there is a large covered dining table as well as the loungers and seating area by the pool, which is heated so can be used all day/evening. We received a very warm welcome from Christine and Jean Michelle, and although we had to use a mix of French and English on both sides, they gave us all the information we needed to feel very much at home and welcome in their house. They were on hand for any questions throughout our stay. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in this beautiful area of France.
