Birthday weekend away from the heat!!

We came to Pine for my husband’s birthday with some friends. What a fantastic experience on all levels! Coming from the city, Pine and this cabin was a quiet that we don’t experience very often. The quiet and the darkness and ohhhh, those stars and beautiful view from the deck!! Did I mention the family of elk??? So cool!! Wonderful experience, and all the comforts of home!! Thank you!!

Fall break getaway

We absolutely love this location!! The stars and the weather were beautiful not to mention all the elk you see this time of year. House was better than expected with a kids play room and swings / slide in back. Couldn’t have a camp fire due to restrictions but we had fun star gazing on the patio.

Nice stay

Very relaxing place. Lot size is a bit small, and neighboring houses see very close. But, other than that we nothing but good things to say. Wildlife, pines, quite neighborhood, close to town, etc.

Super helpful and stocked perfectly

Elias was a dream to work with. Such ease and friendliness in our transaction. I loved he had little “take one if you need it” basket of little essentials travelers often forget. It is always obvious when the home is just a rental of lived by a family. This cabin was great. There was no water in the creek but there were tons of elk and deer every morning just feet away.

About the host

Hosted by Elias Avila

Host profile image
We have a very large family who loves the outdoors and enjoys getting together for weekend getaways and Holidays. We been camping in the Payson area for years until we finally decided it was time to purchase a cabin where we can all gather. We love hiking, boating and fishing but we also like to sit back on the patio or walk the town for some ice cream with the kids.

Why they chose this property

This property is large enough to host a big family but still small enough to keep everyone close together. The views from the Deck is what sold us! Grilling in the late evening or drinking coffee early morning watching the elk go by is what makes this home worth every penny.

What makes this property unique

We have and continue to equip this home with everything you need to relax and still enjoy all the amenities from home, but also be able to enjoy the great outdoors.
