-Comfortably fits 8 guests.
The apartment is fully equipped and includes:
-central A/C, heat, air exchanger, heated ceramic floors
- washer/dryer
-65" TV with cable and Chromecast
-hi speed internet
Now includes 1 free parking spot! Rare downtown!

-We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) Washer and Dryer too!

Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with each a queen size sized bed and the other bedroom has 2 queen sized beds (all of our beds have memory foam mattresses). Upon request, we can set up 1 sofa bed. Luggage racks are provided.

Kitchen, dining and living area:
Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) with essentials and cookware. Heated ceramic floors.

Located Downtown Montreal. A minute away from the subway(Sherbrooke), a park a few feet away and restaurants right out your doorstep!

The location and size of this apartment were great. Easy to walk places, good coffee and small food market near by. Much appreciated the parking in back. Our only complaint is that the location is loud - but it is a city.

We love the layout of this place and all the windows! We did some people watching from the living room. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to go. There are restaurants nearby and a market on the corner.

Great neighborhood and gorgeous space

My family and I stayed here for two nights to end a long tour of Vermont and Quebec. Perfect neighborhood for adventurous eaters as there are fantastic restaurants and bakeries nearby. A lovely park is right next door and easy walking (20-25 mins) to everything we wanted to see. The apartment is quite nice and well-provisioned. Host responded quickly to all inquiries. New keyless access made getting in and out a breeze.

Overall a nice place. Part of the charm is overseeing the city, but the windows were very dirty. Also, not enough sitting in the living room. We had 6 total guest staying. Lacking some glasses. Only 3 wine glasses, no martini glasses.

Family Christmas in Montreal

This property was a perfect fit for our family of 5 (2 couples; 1 single) to gather for Christmas. There was plenty of room to gather for games, TV watching, dining, cooking. The location to the Metro is very convenient. We took a short drive to the Costco to stock up the refrigerator for the week. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are good quality and in working order. The parking spot was a big plus since we drove from the US. There is plenty of varied dining within walking or Metro distance. Frank was very responsive. He was quick to reset the router when we were having streaming issues. The property was cleaned well and there are plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Hot water was always available for showers. Check-in/out was simple and instructions were provided in a timely manner. Be sure to use the link provided prior to check-in for additional instructions. I would definitely recommend this property.

In the heart of it all

Property was clean and was absolutely true to the photos posted online. It is 100% located in the city, with all that comes with city life, right outside your front door and just steps from the metro rail. My wife and I stayed here with our four kids, ranging in age from 1.5 to 11. We felt safe, had lots of fun exploring family-friendly attractions and would definitely stay here again.

Beds are so comfortable and our family of 5 loved having 4 queen beds to sprawl out in. Would highly recommend this place to anyone we know looking for this type of adventure!
