Luxury in prime location

We had a lovely stay! We booked last minute for a night over with friends and family. This place was perfect for 3 families to enjoy, unwine and have laughter. The children had a great time, the mem were all able to walk and explore sights in the area and the women, chat, cook and bond together. It was easy to get to and super easy to get down town, mont royal, lots of restaurants in the area. We had a detail list of sights to see, places to eat etc. The Host was very responsive, helpful and available. The place was huge! We had more space than we could use definitely will consider again in the future. Thank you for the experience!

Amazing host-perfect location!

We loved our stay at A3! Plenty of beds, lovely outdoor space, and 3 bathrooms! Something we didn’t realize how rare it was until we started looked for rentals for our large group! The location was 10/10. We walked everywhere, even in 10 degree weather. Countless restaurants on St Laurent just outside your door, including famous Schwartz’s right across the street. Highly recommend Restaurant Le Vieux for breakfast/lunch! We loved Crusty’s for late night smash burgers and dessert crepes! By far our favorite dining was just next door at Amelia’s! We spent our first night enjoying the most delicious pizza and tiramisu. April was phenomenal! Like our personal travel guide to the city! Pharmacy was a 1 min walk and grocery store less than 5 mins! Other must do-ice skating at La Fontaine Park, Chinatown, Centre Eaton for shopping, Time Out Market for dining(don’t miss Le Taj for incredible Indian food/butter chicken), and the view from Mount Royal lookout! One of the most memorable highlights of our trip was snow tubing at DOMAINE DES PAYS D'EN HAUT. We rented a car for the day and it was an easy 40 minute drive. Overall, we can’t say enough wonderful things about Al, Montreal, and A1!

Amazing place and amazing host

This place was the best! So much around the area and loved how much space there was to host our group of 15. Al was the best! He was so accommodating and responsive, definitely recommend booking with Al!! :)

While this creates an exciting atmosphere, guests sensitive to noise are encouraged to bring earplugs, though the neighborhood observes general quiet hours from approximately midnight to 8 AM.

This Airbnb is located on the 3rd floor of a triplex, there are interior stairs to climb, 14 steps to the 1st landing and another 13 steps inside before you reach the apartment.
