The charming Charentaise house "LES TREMIERES" is a semi-detached holiday home located in Le Thou. The house "Les Trémières" has a sun terrace, equipped with barbecue facilities and offers views of the garden and the countryside. Free private parking is available on site.
The house has an equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, toaster kettle and all kitchen equipment. The house also has a flat-screen TV.
On the ground floor, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, upstairs the spacious bedrooms have parquet floors, a wardrobe, a large closet. You can use a large private bathroom with a bathtub, WC and sink with a hairdryer.

Pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée: le ménage n'était pas récent (poussière et poubelles non vidées). L'exposition plein sud n'a pas permis de profiter de l'extérieur par manque total d'ombre même le matin, malgré le parasol (trop lourd à déplacer). Nous sommes partis déçus.

Bonsoir Madame dHont Je suis surprise de votre message Si vous avez utilisé la boîte à clé Ce qui est très demandé pas d état des lieux immédiatement en effet Mais l état des lieux a été fait avant votre arrivée car il y a eu un départ Sandrine est passée vous voir après Sandrine se donne du mal pour le nettoyage même si il y a eu un oubli dans la poubelle Jusque là personne ne s est plein du ménage , ni de l exposition de la maison, ni du manque d ombre , ni du parasol trop lourd Nous n avons que de bons commentaires Sur d autres sites Je suis désolée pour votre séjour Mais il y a des choses que l on ne change pas : exposition de la maison , parasol du commerce Cordialement Christine Pavan
