Amazing, bright 5th floor apartment with lift and intercom, 26m2 with terrace of 11 m2 for 4 people (separate room with 2 beds 90x200 and a sofa bed 140 in room with new bedding Bultex). Enjoy a new kitchen fully equipped and modern in 2016, a bathroom and a separate toilet, a comfortable living room with TV FHD 82 cm.
The residence is located in a quiet area on the left bank, you have a secure parking space.

Parfait ; superbe vue sur les étangs ,les chalets, et la mer.
L'appartement est très fonctionnel et agréable.
Nous avons aimé la terrasse avec sa magnifique vue.
Nous avons été très bien accueillie par Lucien.
L'emplacement est idéal , on est à côté des commerces, du port et des de ces animations.
Gruissan est une ville accueillante et avec de chouettes activités pour tous .
À recommander sans modération.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable avec mes filles et leur mamie.
Une terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et la mer.
L appartement est tout confort et la piscine entretenue tous les matins par un petit couple de retraite.
Les commerces sont à proximité.
Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Lucien .
