Very Nice Apartment Facing the Sea - 2 bedrooms - Wifi - CLIM-TV-LL-LV

Our apartment is located in the private residence Laguna Beach (one of the most beautiful and newer residences in Gruissan) with secure access.
The apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms each with direct access to the terrace, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, hob, 2 fridge, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, table and iron. From the living room you will enjoy television, internet without forgetting access to a large wooden terrace.
The terrace will offer you a panoramic view of the beach and the island of birds as well as the swimming pool with secure access (practical for families with children).
The secure car park (electric gate) entitles you to a numbered space.
Air conditioning will be installed in May 2020 and a patio curtain will protect you from the wind.
A GUARANTEE OF 1000 € WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE ENTRY INTO THE PLACE. RETURNABLE WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM RELEASE DATE.

The residence is located less than 5 minutes from all shops and restaurants, while remaining quiet. A private access overlooking the beach allows you to take the esplanade which will take you directly to the heart of Gruissan.

Gruissan, family and sports resort, offers you a whole range of activities: walking or cycling (the cycle tracks are measured in ten kilometers), horse, karting, paintball, balneotherapy area, sailing, sea scooter, tree climbing. ..
The city offers markets every day as well as in the evening, during the summer season. The charm of the village is a tourist curiosity where we find restaurants, bars, various shops, markets ...
You can also discover around Narbonne, the village of Bage, the vineyards of Corbières and La Clape, Fontfroide, Carcassonne ...
We assure you an unforgettable stay.

Gruissan is beautiful

it was a wonderful stay for two adults, a child and a dog. The dog beach can be reached in 3 minutes, the beach of the bay is right in front of the door, the large beach is 10 minutes away by car. Gruissan is a perfect combination of beautiful village and pleasant tourist offers. We really liked the apartment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement bien équipé et situé au calme. Les restaurants, magasins et la boulangerie sont facilement accessibles à pieds. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einem Appartement, das alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllte. Aufgrund einer Autopanne konnten wir erst verspätet anreisen. Fabienne und Arnaud waren so zauberhaft und haben uns die Tage hinten angehängt. Dafür nochmals herzlichen Dank. So konnten wir unsere Zeit in vollen Zügen genießen. Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit Pool und direkt am Meer

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für eine Familie mit 4 Personen ausreichend groß. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit Equipment ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Insgesamt entspricht die Beschreibung auf FeWo-Direkt der Realität. Check-in und Check-Out haben hervorragend und vor allem auch zeitlich sehr flexibel geklappt. Die FeWo verfügt über einen richtig großen und gepflegtem Pool und liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade und am Meer (bzw. am Etang) :-). Supermärkte (Intermarché und Lidl) und Bäcker sind sehr nah, ebenso Restaurants am Meer, Gruissan hat doch einiges zu bieten. Insgesamt hat man verschiedene schöne Strände zur Auswahl, oder man kann von dort aus auch gut Ausflüge (z.B. Carcassonne) machen. Wirklich zu empfehlen!

Perfekte Wohnung

Der Urlaub war wunderbar in dieser schönen und praktischen Wohnung. Es war alles da, von schönem Geschirr über Töpfe, Pfannen, Schere etc. Tolle Terrasse, bequeme Betten. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Perfekter Blick aufs Wasser

saubere Wohnung viel maritime Deko (die Kinder hatten viel zu entdecken) komplett ausgestattet (super Pfannen und Töpfe, guter Herd, 2 Kühlschränke, Vorratsdosen, genug Gläser, Schüsselchen, Schüsseln, etc, verschiedene Messer, Sparschäler, Stampfer, Schneebesen, sämtliche Elektrogeräte,...) viel Stauraum !Keine Garderobe! Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer selbst oft dort sind. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden! Manhat von beiden Schlafzimmern und vom Wohnzimmer Zugang zum Balkon. Vom einen Schlafzimmer aus, kann man im Bett liegend das Wasser sehen. Toll beim Einschlafen und Aufstehen :) Wenn die Reisestrecke für uns nicht so weit wäre, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!

schöner Urlaub

Schöne Wohnung in einer schönen Anlage. Wir waren nun zum 4.mal im Laguna Beach ,wie sich herausstellte auch 1mal in dieser Wohnung (damals mit anderem Besitzer). Die Wohnung ist nun hell und freundlich eingerichtet . Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin und auch der Argentur verlief problemlos. Bei der Ankunft haben wir ca.10min. gewartet dann war auch schon jemand für die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort. Die Abreise verlief genauso einfach. Der komplette Urlaub verlief wunderschön ,wir würden wieder hier buchen. Negativ empfanden wir Auf den ersten Blick war die Wohnung sauber ,ausgenommen die Toilette ,da schwamm noch etwas drin herum. Der angegebene TV empfängt nur Französisches Programm (das sollte man in der Beschreibung erwähnen). Der Windschutz (der hier auch wirklich nötig ist) ,ist ausser Funktion. Jegliche Beschreibungen zur Wohnung sind auf französich. Wenn man international anbietet wäre Sat TV und eine engl.Willkommensliste sehr hilfreich.

The windbreaker is not in fonction because we had a lot of problems with the vacationers and we had to change it (and it is very expensive). Also, we will write the notices in English.
