Very nice vacation location

We stayed as a family of 5 and enjoyed our stay a lot. 4 mins to the beach, shop close by and 10 min to downtown. Spacy appartment with relaxing & shady backyard. Spacy, well equipped kitchen, some of the furniture is a bit worn, but is still ok. The neighborhood was lively during our stay in high season (but not too noisy)

Nice Accomodation, we spent 2 weeks with 2 addults and three kids in this house. It is sufficiently equipped. The small garden is nice, 2 deck-chairs are available. The Teracce is ok for 6 persons. Quiete surronding even in short distance to main place in St. Pierre la mere (2 min), 2 min to the large beach, 10 min by car to bigger supermarkets and 25 min to autoroute. Countless opportinities for activities in Languedoc. To be recommended !

Location de vacances idéale

Je recommande vivement cette location pour un séjour réussi à Saint Pierre la Mer. Très bien située, proche du centre et de la plage, tout en étant au calme. Maison très fonctionnelle où il ne manque rien. Merci également pour toutes les indications données par le propriétaire.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in St. Pierre la mer. Der Strand und das Meer waren der Hammer. Die Unterkunft war sauber und wie auf den Bildern. Der vermieter ist sehr nett. Alles Top!

L'environnement est excellent, à proximité de tout, très animé ! On ne s'ennuie pas ! Le logement est agréable mais il reste dans son jus....Quelques améliorations sont à souhaiter à la vue du prix demander, je m'attendais à un peu mieux. Le propriétaire très sympathique a pris mes remarques au sérieux...

Bien situé et très fonctionnel

Belle maison très bien organisée avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Mériterait un coup de rafraîchissement dans la salle de bain et wc ainsi qu’une meilleure organisation du jardin trop feuillu ce qui fait perdre de la place. Bon séjour et propriétaire très sympa!

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à Saint Pierre , tout s’est très bien déroulé de la réservation au départ.Frédéric est un hôte attentionné. La location est très bien située. Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Die Wohnung ist vollausgestattet, zweistöckig und nicht mehr ganz neu. Die sanfte Renovation scheint aber nicht so lange her zu sein und ist gelungen. Auch wenn die Steckdosen ihren Charm haben, hätte ich sie trotzdem im gleichen Zug auch ausgewechselt. Sie vermitteln kein sicheres Gefühl, auch wenn keine offensichtlichen Mängel sichtbar waren. Der Strand ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und selbst im Oktober gibt es einen offenen Spar im Zentrum. Die Restaurant-Auswahl ist dann aber nur noch sehr gering und ein Auto ist in dieser Zeit empfehlenswert, im Sommer könnte auch darauf verzichtet werden. Es war sehr ruhig im Oktober, ausser am Wochenende hatte der Nachbar ein Fest, da sind die Wände schon mal etwas dünn. Wir hatten aber eine erholsame Zeit. Wir waren also eigentlich ganz zufrieden bis auf die Reinigung. Vielleicht sind wir da etwas pingelig, aber sie erfüllte unsere Erwartungen nicht. Wir möchten bei der Wohnungsübernahme auch nicht alles kontrollieren und dann nach nachputzen lassen müssen. Es hatte noch lange Haare in der Dusche, die Küchenschubladen waren voller Krümel, die Mirkrowelle öffent man besser nicht und unter den Betten tummeln sich Staubklüngel. Da hat sicher niemand durchgewischt. Zudem hatte es überall Tierhaare: in den Schubladen, unter den Möbeln, im Schlafzimmer, in den Schränken. Einmal durchwischen ist nicht so eine grosse Sache, aber wünsche mir einen anderen Start in die Ferien. Die Übergabe durch die Putzfrau war auch sehr knapp und sie kannte sich in der Gegend auch nicht aus. Der Vermieter war jedoch stets freundlich und antwortete rasch. die Waschmaschine war auch sehr praktisch. Wir fanden die Gegend auch ideal zum wandern.

Urlaub Juni/Juli 2020

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Küche vollständig eingerichtet. Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Lediglich die Flächenangabe mit 80,0 m² wohl etwas zu gross. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über 1 Terasse. In der Zeichnung ist eine zweite Terasse eingezeichnet. Dort ist aber nur der Bereich mit Kies verlegt. Dort ist der Eingang zu der Ferienwohnung und gleichzeitig Stellplatz für das Auto. Mit mehr als 5 Personen ist die Ferienwohnung nicht vernünftig bewohnbar.
