First floor: 2 x Double Master Bedrooms en-suites, with views stretching to Mediterranean and mountains. 1 x double & 1 x twin bedroom, plus family shower-room & WC. Cot and high chair.

Ground floor: Brand new designer kitchen, with SMEG appliances, granite work tops and island. Through dining room & lounge leading to large sun terrace for al fresco meals etc. Double bedroom, separate WC and shower.

Private garden and exclusive swimming Pool (11m x 7m) in secluded garden, sun bathing / BBQ area & Shower.

Pleasant stay

We had a great stay and especially loved the fact that we could walk To the village. Great restaurants in the small village. House is very well equipped.

Bon sejour malgré certains petits désagréments mais nous sommes passé outre. Bel endroit .

Bon accueil merci à Paul et Annette Quelques petits points à revoir, la piscine un peu bricolée et certains équipements à l'intérieur ( cafetière grille pain...) ne fonctionnent pas ou mal. Des difficultés de stationnement et des travaux sur la rue devant qui n'ont rien arrangé Au-delà de cela l'endroit est joli et bien.placé et les propriétaires très agréables.

Le gite est agréable et la pièce à vivre très agréable. Belle terrasse. Un petit bémol sur les chambres et les salles de bains très petites (sauf 2) mais elles ont le méritent d'être nombreuses. Le gardien est très disponible mais il se permet d'entrer dans le gite et de laisser tout ouvert en notre absence. Bizarre!! La télévision ne propose que des chaînes anglaises mais cela doit être corrigé prochainement.

We have been visiting the Roussillon region since 1979 and of course we return year after year because is has everything – the sun, the sea and the mountains – together with a rich history, great culture, fantastic countryside, tasty food, very palatable wine and friendly Catalan hospitality. If you have not already been, then you won’t be disappointed.

The unique benefits of our properties are that they have been renovated to a very high standard. A fantastic / spacious designer kitchen, ensuite bedrooms, inclusive WIFI & phone calls to EU landlines, SAT TV etc. Not forgetting the large swimming pool – for cooling off in summer!

You can walk (750m / 5mins) to the village boulangerie for fresh bread and croissants, to a bar and choice of three restaurants / take-away for an enjoyable meal. The spectacular Mediterranean is just 15mins.

Stunning location - set just 15mins from the spectacular Mediterranean beach of Argeles Sur Mer and 20mins from the picturesque fishing village / painters paradise of Collioure.
