About this property

Villa just renovated (2022) with our heart. Superb and private garden of 2,300 m2 without any vis-à-vis with a view of the Albères range and Mount Canigou.
The beaches are 15 minutes away and Spain 10 minutes away... The Boulou thermal baths are also 5 minutes from the house.
It is a calm and rejuvenating place bathed in sunshine and vegetation.

There are many things to do and visit in the region, I can advise you on the essentials of the region if you wish ☺️

The house is located 15 minutes from Argelès sur mer, 20 minutes from the beautiful Collioure, 20 minutes from the center of Perpignan, 10 minutes from Spain 🇪🇸.
For arrivals and departures you are also five minutes from the highway entrance or exit!!! Ideal to radiate everywhere in the region…
We are in a quiet RESIDENTIAL area which is 8 minutes from the very complete boulou commercial area (bakeries, Gasoline, restaurants, Leclerc, gifi, market, ...)

Incredible!

From the initial request of the house to our return home, we had an incredible experience. Isabelle was very fast on answering all our questions and giving us many suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to try. The house is great for large groups/family and friends. The location is perfect, close to town/grocery stores/beaches and wineries!

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine en famille dans cette maison spacieuse et lumineuse où rien n'a manqué à notre confort. Elle est totalement conforme aux photos et descriptifs de l'annonce. Le grand jardin méditerranéen et l'environnement vraiment calme ont été très appréciés. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et attentifs. C'est un endroit magnifique où nous retournerions avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Très belle semaine

Maison très équipé, on se croirait chez nous, agréable d’y trouver tout ustensile ( balance, baignoire bebe…) Grande pieces fonctionnelle, Espace de vie parfait Seul bémol et ce n’est pas important le réseau internet pour regarder la télé, et dommage qu’il n’y ai pas d état des lieux de fait Mais nous avons passé une très bonne semaine
