One month minimum rental. Lovely 2 bedroom/two bath town home in private gated community. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a corporate retreat. Minutes from Biltmore Fashion Park and Scottsdale Fashion Square. Close to fine dining, shopping and golf. Located between Piestiwa Peak and Camelback Mountain it is a hikers paradise minutes out the door.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the lovely garden setting. Community pool is also available. High end kitchen with Bosch appliances and a Thermador gas stove for the discerning cook. Washer and dryer. Dog door to accommodate a medium size dog.

Such a nice place!

Friendly owner. Responded quickly to my questions. Wanted to be sure everything was great for me. Very comfy beds. Lovely shower. Spacious and quiet yard. Lots of flower s and lemons. Loads of lemons! Hope to return.

Charming place

Enjoyed my stay here very much. Was perfect for my husband and me. Eclectic design added a touch of fun. Layout of the place was perfect and the yard was beautiful. Owner communication was responsive. I'd definitely recommend.

Great community for summer stay

Leslie's home was perfect for our entire two month stay. The moment we got there we were welcomed by a great community of friendly neighbors (one made a list of Phoenix recommendations and another killed a spider for us!). The house itself is quiet, private, and in a perfect location, with all the accommodations you could want. We would certainly recommend the stay to anyone without hesitation, and hope we can make it back soon!

Lovely condo in a convenient location

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed and more. The patio area was comfortable and relaxing, perfect for breakfast or drinks in the evening. The location is covenient with excellent restaurants and shopping close by. It was so very hard to leave this charming place.
