About this property

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, den with beds, living and dining room on an inland waterway near Beaufort NC, surrounded by the Core Banks to the east and the North River to the west. Enjoy your favorite beverage on our dock equipped with seating and a swim dock. Our property faces south on a body of water that surrounds pristine Browns Island with eagles and wild horses. Enjoy the sunset or sunrise as you watch dolphins swim by. Catch your own bait and fish for your evening dinner of redfish or flounder. Newly painted exterior entices you to a large deck with seating to enjoy the incredible views of dolphins, bird life, and glorious sunsets and sunrises. Launch your boat at a nearby public ramp just 5 mins away and tie off on our dock. These are tidal waters and water depth at our dock varies according to the tides. Please contact us about the tides in the area and docking info for your boat or check the tide charts. Flat bottom boats do well in these waters. Launch your kayak from our shoreline and explore nearby communities and islands.
