Great stay. We needed a plcae to stay in the mean time of going to one of the islands. Worked out because the ferry was closed one of the days cause of the hurricane. We found ourselves occupied with are stay. Not to mention the stay felt welcoming and cozy. Hostess was esay to communicate with making a smooth process.

We rated this property 3 stars because, overall, it was an okay stay. The location was definitely the highlight and made it easy to enjoy the area, but there were several things that impacted our experience.Both of the larger beds were uncomfortable, as you could feel the springs through the mattresses. The bed in the primary bedroom was also very bouncy, which made it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep.We also had an issue with check-in. We never received our check-in information and had to call after 5:00 p.m. to get the door code. It would also be helpful to provide instructions for using the electronic keypad, especially for guests who may not be familiar with that type of lock.In the kitchen, we found that we had to unplug appliances to use either the microwave or the coffee maker because using them at the same time caused the lights to flicker.The primary bathroom shower had low water pressure, likely due to a clogged showerhead, and the water only became lukewarm. The second bathroom shower was quite small, and the shower curtain tended to stick to you while showering.We were also unable to locate the remote for the living room ceiling fan, and there were no instructions provided for operating it.Overall, the property has a great location, but a few maintenance items and communication improvements with rental agency would make for a much more comfortable stay. We hope these items are addressed for future guests.

We're glad the location made it easy to enjoy the area during your stay. We appreciate the detailed feedback and want to address a few points. The mattresses are checked regularly for comfort, and the beds in our smaller back room were replaced with new ones this year. We're sorry for the mix-up with check-in instructions, and we're always glad to send the door code or keypad steps directly to guests who need extra help. We're also aware that the microwave and coffee maker share an electrical circuit, which can cause flickering, and we're working with an electrician on a permanent fix while noting the workaround for guests in the meantime. Your comments help us keep improving the property for future stays.
