- Private hot tub & indoor fireplace
- Seasonal ski access via Lower Olympic Run

The Space:
Snow settles quietly through the surrounding forest as the mountains wind down for the evening. After a day exploring Whistler, the warmth of the indoor fireplace welcomes you back inside while the private hot tub offers a peaceful place to unwind beneath the alpine sky. Large windows frame the winter landscape, creating a calm mountain setting just minutes from Whistler Village.
Living space
Spread across multiple levels, the townhouse offers room for groups to gather while still providing private spaces to retreat. The main living area features vaulted ceilings and expansive windows that bring the surrounding forest into view. A wood-burning indoor fireplace becomes the natural centerpiece on winter evenings, with comfortable seating for relaxing conversations, movie nights, or quiet moments watching snowfall outside. Heating, air conditioning, and portable fans support year-round comfort, and a dedicated workspace with wifi provides a convenient setup for remote work.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen offers ample space for preparing meals throughout your stay. Whether you're starting the day with a warm breakfast before heading to the slopes or returning home to cook together after a day outdoors, the layout encourages shared moments around food. The dining table seats eight guests comfortably, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Nearby, a glass-enclosed wine cellar adds character to the gathering space and complements the inviting dining area.
Sleeping arrangements
The townhouse accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 7 beds, with 4 baths throughout the home.
The upper-level primary bedroom includes a king-split bed, TV, and a private ensuite featuring a glass-enclosed shower and deep soaking tub. A second bedroom on the main level offers another king-split bed with a nearby bathroom and walk-in shower. On the lower level, one bedroom features a queen bed while another includes two twin bunk beds, both with TVs. Two additional bathrooms on this level include one with a shower and another with a bathtub-shower combination. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable and convenient.
Outdoor living
Step outside to take in the quiet winter surroundings from the upper deck, where outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill create space for fresh mountain air between outings. Below, the private hot tub sits on a sheltered deck, offering a warm place to relax after time spent in the alpine landscape.
Ski access
Whistler Village and the gondolas are approximately two minutes away by car or taxi. Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail connected to the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route does not lead directly into the neighborhood - the trail ends at roughly 100 stairs that guests descend to reach the Northern Lights area. Ski-out requires climbing the same stairs before reconnecting with the Lower Olympic Run. Ski access is seasonal and typically available from late December through March, depending on snow conditions.
Amenities
The home includes wifi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, an indoor fireplace, a kitchen, dining table, private entrance, deck, outdoor furniture, BBQ grill, private hot tub, free parking garage on premises, self check-in with a smart lock, and long term stays allowed.
Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. Superb accommodation
Had an amazing week skiing in Whistler with the family and enjoyed the superb accommodation which was convenient for the village and the slopes. Hot tub was a bonus - great after a day’s skiing.
It's a great place to relax after a fun day on the mountain.

Beautiful property
Lovely property with generous bedrooms and all amenties. Relaxing deck with a great view (2 decks actually!). We had 6 adults (sort of) using all 4 bedrooms and enjoyed more than enough space. Easy 5 minute walk down the hill into the village with a slightly less easy pull uphill afterwards although if you travel to Whistler expect hills!
Every one of my party would stay here again.
This property was perfectly suited for a family gathering with upscale amenities, lots of room for all and close proximity to the village. Highly recommended!
We enjoyed this townhome and it fit our 2 families well. Located about a 10 minute walk from the village but our of the business of the village. It was very clean and the garage was a bonus.

great space to relax after a long day on the mountain or in a confrence
Some instructions on the hot tub would be handy for the next guest. I could never get the temperature more than luke warm.
Overall, a great property with great space for a large group. The bedrooms were nicely separated over three floors. The kitchen was very well supplied with the necessities but there were no spices which was a little surprising. There is space for 4 vehicles but anymore than that would be an issue.

Great unit for a family. Private master upstairs. Main floor is very nice with high vaulted ceilings and huge windows facing trees and mountains. Downstairs was great to keep the teens/kids with a bunk room with 2 bunk beds, plus another bedroom with a queen bed. Movie area as well with hot tub just outside built into the deck. We’ve stayed in a lot of places in Whistler and this was one of our favourite
Beautiful and Decently Convenient Property on Whistler Mountain
This place was wonderful for our group of eight. The house itself is beautiful, with all the amenities and space you might expect for place that sleeps 10 people comfortably. The only imperfection about this house is that both the slopes and village amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs) are non-trivial treks away. Still walkable, but 15-20 minute endeavors. However, I believe that's the tradeoff you agree to for booking a place that is reasonably priced, such as this one.

Great property!
Love this place. We've been coming up to whistler every summer for around 15 years. Utilized a few different companies. We are always stoked on Whistler Platinum and the Northern Lights properties. Northern Lights 15 is a great property. Ample room for a good sized crowd, awesome location. Only issue they really need to replace that HVAC. The last 2 times we've booked the house we've had issues with the AC breaking or not working. The service men have said they've been there quite a bit and have recommended it be updated. Either way WP handled it as they should. Still had a great time. Luckily the weather cooled off for mid July. Was a great trip.
My husband and I and our three sons have been coming to Whistler for many years. Now they are grown adults with wives, and in relationships so our family is growing and we needed more room. This is the perfect location for a family gathering. We all had plenty of space for 8 with our own restrooms. We gathered around the fire in the living room at night and cooked meals, and had a wonderful time. The laundry room is amazing. There is a great mud room with boot heaters. Definitely not a ski out property because of the stairs needing to be climbed, but it was Fine to ride into the village and go up the gondola. Skiing in was not a problem. The guys would ski in at days end and enjoy the hot tub. Everything about our stay was great. A few things worth improving.. The 4 th bedroom bunk beds were not the most comfortable for adults. Better mattresses would be wonderful. The pillows could also need upgrading. The were very firm . Additional positives. If we needed anything, the property management answered immediately, We will be back.

Amazing Property
This is our third time booking through Whistler Platinum - service is always outstanding. We had not stayed in the Northern Lights condos before. This one is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The views are spectacular!!! This is what it\'s all about. The actual condo is also really nice. The laundry room is large and brand new with an entire additional full bathroom and sauna! This was especially nice on the main level for our daughter who stayed in the main floor bedroom with bath - none of the rest of us needed to use her restroom b/c there was another one on that floor that isn\'t listed in the information. The two bedrooms on the bottom floor both have full bathrooms, and the hot tub is accessible without disturbing anyone sleeping on that level. The master was more spacious than pictured. The kitchen had everything we needed. Again, it\'s really about the view from this condo - I relax just thinking about it. The walk into town is downhill and easy (about 5-7 minutes to the Whistler gondola). The walk back is uphill, but I\'m really not in good shape and it was fine. All the reviews about it being close enough to the hustle and bustle of the village but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful are spot on. We highly recommend.
This property is just a 10min hill walk down to the village. Fully stocked kitchen appliances/cutlery. Super quiet and clean. Definite stay again. It’s beautiful.
My friends and I booked this property during our stay in Whistler. The house was very spacious and had many great features: an accessible garage, hot tub, and heated mud room (to dry off your snow gear was a great touch), to name a few. I would consider this property again for our future trips.
This house was perfect, great location and very comfortable for our large group. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Everything we needed
This was a great house for our little group of 3 couples. The proximity to the village was perfect - close enough to walk to easily, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. The kitchen was well equipped, right down to having 2 micro planes and a garlic press. The pantry and large laundry room were a huge bonus. There were plenty of towels. Everything was very clean. The only thing we would suggest is that the placemats for the dining table be given a more frequent wash between guests. We had a problem with the dishwasher not draining and the hot tub needed a bit of attention, but these issues were addressed promptly, no questions asked. I gave it a 4 for condition only because it is an older property with a few typical signs of wear. If there was an option for 4.5, I would have given it that. It certainly didn’t detract at all from our enjoyment of the property. We will definitely stay again! Thanks Whistler Platinum team!!
