Rural House with a marked summer character of 110 m2 surrounded by garden and fruit fields within the same farm (3Ha) and in its contours. In ancient times the house was part of a family garden with its own raft, well, vineyards and wheat fields with carob trees. Currently the house is located 200 meters from the nearest urban center and is adjacent to the access road to both.

The house is distributed on two levels with 3 double rooms and one single. 2 independent bathrooms and a living-dining room with kitchen and terrace facing south. Outside there is a welcome porch, a swimming pool and a garden area with parking area.

Ideal for families with young children, older people and their pets.

    Wonderful holiday with perfect blend of nature

    Rented the place for myself and my group of friends who wish to spend a private and adventurous holiday in the mountains. The place is well kept with all facilities maintained, the house itself is cozy and relaxing, breeze of cold air flowing through and give us a good sense of Mediterranean. We could cook our food, go around and hide under the tree for naps. So many activities can be done with this facility. Would strongly and safely recommend this place to my other friends who wish to spend some cozy time away from busy city life. Will definitely go back again.

    Maison agréable mais...

    Miquel est très sympathique et réactif. La maison est typique, située dans un petit village, agréable pour une semaine (équipements extérieurs au top, piscine, vue sur les montagnes, grands espaces). Cependant le ménage étant à la charge des locataires precedents, l'hygiène n'était pas au rendez vous, nous avons fait le ménage à notre arrivée. Il faut également savoir que l eau n'est pas potable, ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l annonce. Le gros point noir de notre séjour, le chenil présent à 100m de la maison, les chiens de chasse aboient constamment, cela a vraiment nuit à notre séjour (aucune nuit tranquille...).

    Emplacement central a 20/30 minutes de tout ce qu il faut voire lac, montagne, villes et plage... Le lac barage est manifique, la vila est grand avec un grand verger de l espace des chambre a l etage et au rdc la piscine est tres grand malheureusement pour nous la pompe etait casse a notre arrive mais notre hote a fait le nécessaire apres ql jours

    Lovely Cottage

    A very pleasant cottage, mediterranean style with a lovely countryside view. We loved to have breakfast on our sunny balcony or garden. The house is well equipped, the owners are very very friendly & helpful. We keep it in our mind to come back for some times.

    Rural property at southern Catalonia that belongs to the same family from over 300 years. In the past it had a vineyard and lands of wheat with carob trees. Later on, around 1917, the construction of a well permitted the transformation of the dry fields into a productive family orchard with some orange trees and became the center of the farming activities of the family. In 1976 with the economic decline of the farming activities the property became a loved place for enjoying the summer holidays and its spare time until today always mantaining its charming past.

    Why they chose this property

    A perfect location to enjoy a calm and relaxed mediterranean break. The house is located in the surroundings of small mountains perfect to use as a viewports of the area. There is plenty of ancient olive groves around the roman Via Augusta that crosses the area and it will be easy to see with a bike tour or following pedestrian paths near the house.

    Otherwise If you prefer to drive less than 30 minutes you can enjoy either the mountains of Parc Natural dels Ports de Tortosa Beseit or the beaches and canals of Delta del Ebre Natural Parc. A bit further you can find the medievals old cities of Tortosa, Penyiscola or Morella. And closer you will find the beaches of Alcanar and Sant Carles de la Ràpita with some of the best rices of the area well knowed as 'Arrós a banda, arrós negre, arrós amb sepia' (only to name a few of them)
