Located Beach Front in the heart of St George Island these lovely seaside cottages will offer a vacation always to remember. This home features 2 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. 2.5 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen., condiments not included. open porch from living area, porch off master bedroom and much more. The community pool with the hammocks and palm trees makes a great place to relax. Sorry no smoking! No pets allowed. Maximum occupancy is 6. Pool is heated in March, April, May, September and October. The pool is NOT heated in November, December, January or February. High chair and Pac N Play provided. Smart TV's are provided in the living room and bedrooms. Cable TV is not longer provided. Internet is provided at the highest speed offered by the company. You must have your own streaming account.

Sea Place Seven is Sea Place Heaven

This beautiful home was perfect for our party. The location is excellent. The house is roomy and clean and comfortable. The decks are so perfect for drinking coffee and watching dolphins. The pool is heated to the perfect temperature. All of the appliances worked. The owners were responsive. I didn’t want to leave , and cannot wait to go back.

Perfect location and very well maintained

By far the cleanest and best kept up properly we’ve stayed. Furnishings were the most modern of all of the row houses in that group. Worth every penny.

Nice Beachfront Cottage with Pool Access

We have rented several of these cottages for family beach vacations for many years and have always enjoyed our time on SGI. Seven of the cottages share a pool which the grandkids enjoy in addition to the beach. Cottages are always well maintained and clean. They are close to shopping, restaurants and the lighthouse. Boardwalks and bathrooms were upgraded this year. Beds are comfortable. A great place for families.

A Great Place To Relax and Unwind

My adult daughter, a close friend and I spent a wonderful week enjoying the beautiful beach and this home on St. George Island. If you are looking for a place to get away from the typical tourist traps and spring break crowds this is your location. The house has charm and everything you might need for a get away. We all enjoyed our week away and are returning home relaxed and refreshed.
