This beautiful and over-sized 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom condo sleeps 12 comfortably! Each individual bedroom has a private bathroom! This gorgeous condo is just steps away from the lagoon pool, lazy river and aquatic garden area. The master bedroom has a King bed, a King in the 2nd bedroom, a Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is a set of bunks in the 4th bedroom with a Full-size on top and on the bottom.

Large new condo in excellent location for families with kids. It overlooks the largepools and lazy river. All facilities were well maintained and clean. Short walk or drive to beach. Beach was crowded but pools weren’t.

Great vacation rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was awesome. The condo was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is adding an iron and ironing board. The pool and lazy river were the best we have ever seen at a resort. Was a little far to walk to the beach but there was parking provided right across from the beach.

AMAZING RESORT

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This resort could not have been more convenient to our needs. The pool was super nice and very well maintained. It did state that it was heated and I don't believe that's the case but our weather was decent enough to still enjoy it. We were just a few minute walk from the beach and less than 3 minute walk from the Topeka concert that we were attending. The Grove Holly 131 had everything our group could ask for. It was perfect for our couples with each having their own connected bathroom and the living area was plenty big enough to enjoy dinners together. We hope to come back again and definitely would never hesitate to stay at this location. It's everything the pictures show and more. Thanks for a wonderful stay and for making our trip so wonderful.

The pools are not heated and we do not advertise as such. Can you share where you saw that. if that information is out there i need to correct it.
