Laminate vinyl plank flooring in the living room, kitchen and dining area with carpeted bedroom and bedroom closets. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold, covered porch. Ocean-views over dunes, close to pier and restaurants. Off season monthly, two pets allowed (small dogs only).
