Very close to hospitals, clinics. 1 mile to Honorhealth Shea Medical Center, 6 miles to Mayo Clinic.
Tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen. Cable TV and WiFi . TV’s in living area and master bedroom. Relax on the back patio overlookIing a large green space with walking path. Queen beds in both bedrooms.

Condo is very close to one of the several heated pools in the community. Lighted tennis and pickle ball courts are also close. Walking distance to the 26 mile Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt with paved walking path. Condo has an assigned covered parking space. Hot tub and barbecues located in pool area.

Gail and I are the caretakers for our son and daughter-in-law Craig and Cindy. We have spent most of our lives in upstate New York. Since retiring and encouraged by Scottsdale friends, we have enjoyed the great weather and healthy life style in Scottsdale in the Winter months. Golf, hiking, and swimming along with enjoying great restaurants are among the activities we love in Scottsdale. Craig and Cindy and our grandchildren live in the Boston area. They also fell in love with Scottsdale when visiting us during the Winter.

Why they chose this property

We had been renting this property for 6 years. It was our home away from home. When the owner made the property available to us, it was an easy decision for our family. It has been well maintained and in great shape. The location is outstanding, convenient to shopping and entertainment, and at the same time close to the desert mountains in which we love to hike. And you can’t beat relaxing on the back patio overlooking a large green space.
Also very close to numerous medical facilities and clinics in Scottsdale.
We have enlisted a neighbor in the same complex who will be available if any issue comes up that needs immediate attention.

What makes this property unique

This complex is unique in how much green space it has compared to other Scottsdale communities. This condo’s patio overlooks a great view of this green space. Yet at the same time it’s such a short walk to the the closest pool.
