Only wish there was more storage for our stuff. Kitchen, bedroom. Oh and know that the two outsets by the kitchen table don’t work. Patio was very dirty

Comfortable home

This place is clean, welcoming and a home away from home. The complex has a pool for those hot days and a gym to keep you on your fitness schedule. It is in a central location close to restaurants and shopping.

I work in digital marketing and travel frequently to speak at conferences and meet with clients. When I'm on the road, I open my place up for others to have a comfortable place stay with all the things you'd expect to find in your own home.

Why they chose this property

This is my home. I work from here year round and rent it out when I travel. I bought in this neighborhood because of all it has to offer. Everything you need is within close proximity. Grocery, fantastic restaurants, spring training, golf, shopping, there's even a FREE trolley that picks you up right out front and takes you directly to Old Town Scottsdale (Scottsdale Trolley Hayden/Miller Loop).

The airport is minutes away and access to Loop 101 North & South is just around the corner.

Behind the property is the Scottsdale Walking and Bike Path. It's a beautiful green belt that comes alive with neighbors during the fall, winter and spring months. Go for a walk, you'll love it!
