You will have full use of the house -- an historic 2 bedroom home with living room, dining room and kitchen in a great walking neighborhood. And We have recently (2018) installed a new 6 person outdoor Jacuzzi !

Guests comment on our quiet, but convenient location. Original wood floors throughout. The backyard is fully secured and pet-friendly. New 43" TV w/ Netflix, Amazon and Roku. A washer/dryer is available for guests.

Secured extra parking is available for an RV or van.

The kitchen is fully stocked with Cuisinart pots and pans; dishes, knives, utensils, and everything you need to cook! Kitchen has: Range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, K-cup and drip coffee makers and fridge. Complimentary coffee, tea, sodas, juice, fruit and snacks are provided!

The yard also has a gas grill and a pond with a small fountain, goldfish and flowering water lilies and hyacinth.

Flexible sleeping accommodations makes our house great for couples, families or groups of adults traveling together! Br 1: New King bed; Br 2: New Queen bed + full bed; twin daybed in living room + folding twin bed (all with premium cotton sheets.)

Note this is a 1930's house -- though it has historic features such as high ceilings, archways, and wood floors, and the kitchen and bath was renovated (2021), it is not completely redone. The A/C and heat are fairly new and maintained but you may encounter an occasional sticky door handle, etc! We are available to help if there are any issue
