Welcome to our private beach community just a few steps to the beautiful sandy shores. Only 3 houses from beach! A lifeguard keeps watch while you sip drinks on your beach chair. This home can accommodate 2 families. It features 6 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. First floor contains separate kitchenette stocked with utensils and appliances. There are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom. Also an outdoor shower. Second floor has a large living area with lots of seating. There is also an outdoor dining table and grill. Wrap around balconies to watch the sunsets and sunrises. There is a Private master with ensuite bath. Living areas have large screen TVs and WiFi. Our home is equipped with 4 boogie boards, 3 umbrellas, and 7 beach chairs.
This home was recently renovated and has mostly new appliances. Each floor has a Keurig, microwave, refrigerator and oven. Also available is a margarita maker and blender
