Large family home (sleeps 15) and rustic on 4 ha of land and forest. Ideal large family. Near the medieval village of Boulieu les Annonay, this 18th century property is an ideal place for family holidays. The proximity of the Pilat Regional Natural Park allows you to take long walks or mountain bikes; the municipal swimming pool and the tennis courts of Annonay are a few kilometers away and rarely visited. A first flight in a hot air balloon will leave you with unforgettable memories, unless you prefer to visit the Peaugres animal park. The house consists of 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms / shower room, 1 large kitchen, reception lounge and dining room, a large library and a games room with table tennis table. Great playground for children, this place
will allow parents to alternate sports activities and idleness in the shade of lime trees.

Excellent séjour familial inter générationnel dans cette maison qui a une âme. Elle est "vintage" et c'est cela qui fait tout son charme. Elle est parfaitement adaptée aux grands groupes, chacun peut y trouver son espace. La cuisine et la salle à manger permettent d'organiser facilement les repas pour une vingtaine de personnes. Il y a vraiment largement assez d'ustensiles de cuisine et de vaisselle.Nos bébés et jeune enfant se sont régalés dans la salle de jeux , les adultes ont apprécié la table de ping pong et les jeux de société.Un grand merci à la famille Lelong pour leur accueil et leur souplesse sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Grand week end entre amis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuits dans cette grande maison très bien équipée (beaucoup de choses pour les enfants/bébé). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Chantal qui nous a fait une visite détaillée de la maison et qui a été très disponible durant le séjour en cas de questions. Nous étions un grand groupe d'amis et avons pu profiter de la rivière (à 2 pas de la maison), du tennis de table, du grand jardin, du barbecue, ... tout ça dans un calme absolu car il n'y a pas de voisinage proche. Nous recommandons absolument !

Nous étions 20. Adultes et enfants ont largement profité de cette grande et confortable maison un peu juste en sanitaires mais bien équipée. C'était un véritable retour dans l'atmosphère tranquille des années 60 la maison regorgeant de meubles et d'accessoires de cette époque. Le grand salon, la jolie bibliothèque et la belle salle à manger étaient bien conviviaux
