About this property

Best view on the Gulf!

Silver Beach Condominiums are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama, and directly across the street from the largest shopping and dining complex on the beach road. Amenities include a large Gulf front swimming pool, boardwalk with shower to private beach, chair & umbrella rentals available for rent but not included in price, 2 elevators and reserved parking.

Our 6th floor non-smoking, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is uniquely furnished and has just been freshly painted with vibrant colors with a tropical flair! The recently completed remodeling also includes new tile throughout as well as new flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, Stereo, full size washer and dryer and ceiling fans! The kitchen has also just been remodeled with granite countertops, tile back splash and new appliances! Both bathrooms have also just been remodeled with new fixtures and tile throughout!

Out condo features a unique tempered glass balcony railing that affords breathtaking Gulf views, and wooden table with 4 comfortable chairs for outdoor dining on the newly tiled balcony floor! There's a Queen Size sleeper sofa, 3 chairs, new 50” Flat Screen TV with cable, DVD & stereo in the living room, a dining table that seats 4, and a breakfast bar that will seat 3 more.

Bring your laptop computer as we have free Wi-Fi Broadband Internet access!

The master bedroom has a king size bed new 32” Flat Screen TV, DVD and its own private bath. The master also opens onto the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, a new 19" flat screen TV, and its own private entrance to the 2nd bath with shower. Conveniently located directly across from the area's largest shopping center featuring two large grocery chains, video stores, beach supplies and great family dining, this is the perfect accommodations for up to 6 guests.

We have a fully stocked kitchen with new cookware. We also have a new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave!

Our laundry room has a new full size frontloading washer and dryer!

This property was exactly what it says “best view on the gulf” Absolutely!!! The most cozy condo ever! The walk on the beach is very close so it was easy to pack our beach gear across..The host was very helpful and professional.. I will definitely be back soon!!

Barbara was wonderful and quick to get back to my questions. She has been kind every time we have talked. She was on top of getting us the information we needed for check in and check out. The condo had a closet with beach toys, which was really nice. We cooked breakfast every morning and the pots and pans could use some updating. Everything else was sufficient. Hair dryers were furnished in each bathroom… I appreciated that since I forgot mine at home lol. The balcony was wonderful and so pretty. I didn’t realize there was a separate 40 charge for parking (I’m sure this is totally my fault and it was stated somewhere, I just over looked it). It wasn’t a big deal, I’m just use to that being included in our total I guess. Just trying to give someone else a heads up. We also take a canopy with us to the beach for shade each year. We didn’t realize we could only set it up at the back of the beach, close to the condos. They only allow umbrellas or things that touch the sand in one spot to be up close to the water. They do have the chair and umbrella you can rent BUT if you buy your own you can set up in front of those closer to the water. Hopefully that makes sense. That would have saved us hauling our canopy.
