LOGEMENT A EVITER
Nous avons été très déçus par le logement. La cage d’escalier est dégradée. L’équipement est très sommaire, dans la cuisine, trop petite, la vaisselle et les couverts sont limités, il n’y a que trois petites cuillers, peu de verres. Dans la salle de bains la lunette des WC est branlante, la baignoire est écaillée, les carrelages sont fissurés, aucun porte manteau. Les portes ferment mal. Une baie de fenêtre ne ferme pas (manque le mécanisme) Les chambres sont exiguës ; les peintures des boiseries sont elles aussi écaillées ; les fils électriques pendent ; les dimensions de l’appartement ne correspondent pas au descriptif. Il est annoncé 80 m2, alors qu’il n’y a que 50 m2 (8,10m x 6,10m, en incluant les murs). Ce manque de confort nous a beaucoup étonnés. La literie est tout de même confortable. Le quatrième étage sans ascenseur est parfois épuisant. Je déconseille vivement d’opter pour un tel hébergement.

Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, sehr freundlicher und seriöser Anbieter.
Lage:
Für die Erkundung von Lissabon ist die Lage perfekt!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe am Zentrum der Stadt in einem Bezirk, in dem es sehr viele und gute Restaurants und Cafes gibt. Sie liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstrasse, ist aber sehr verkehrsgünstig und gut zu erreichen, nahe am Hafen und nahe zu den großen Metro Linien. Ansonsten Altbau Wohnung in der Altstadt. 5 ehrliche Sterne.
Einrichtung:
Die Einrichtung hat alles was man braucht (Ikea Style), ist aber kein Top Komfort. Betten sind okay, quietschen aber. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist eher klein. Als reiner Selbstverpfleger mit 6 Leuten in der Wohnung wird es sehr eng. Wir waren in den Restaurants der Umgebung essen und sind dem Problem damit ausgewichen. 4 Sterne
(Essen gehen ist in Portugal definitiv nicht teuer. Ausser man tappt in die Touristenfallen.)
Sauberkeit:
Die Wohnung ist perfekt gepflegt. Kein Staub, kein Schmutz, sehr saubere Wäsche und sanitäre Einrichtung! 5 Sterne mit Doppel Plus hierfür.
Vermieter:
Andre ist sehr nett und sehr zuverlässig. Er steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und hat viele Tips für den Aufenthalt. So wünscht man sich einen Vermieter. 5 echte und hübsch glänzende Sterne
