110sqm apartment in the heart of Lisbon's old town (Alfama, São Vicente).
Many tourist attractions, cafes, viewpoints, (fado) restaurants, corner shops, flea market within walking distance in 1-5 minutes. Traditional wooden tram No. 28 directly at the house. The ideal 'location' for your Lisbon vacation!

Explore Lisbon on foot from the front door and enjoy the typical flair of the old town.
Use the Rosa Residence as a generous oasis of calm after exciting days full of new discoveries.
For up to 6 adults plus 2 children plus 1 baby very comfortable!

WiFi throughout the house (free).

2 bedrooms with king size beds. 1 family / junior suite with private bathroom, 140x200 loft bed plus oversized single bed (120x200).
A total of 2 bathrooms, large living room & kitchen, terrace and courtyard with fairytale children's play area.

Baths with bathtubs, kitchen with table for 7 and large equipment.
Living room with LED cable TV, piano, minibar, literature for young and old, window seat with a view of the street.

Bedroom II in single bed variant (90x200) on request. Children's farm bed or baby cot made of wood on request. Small children's equipment and high-quality toys available on request.

The basic price of 70-100 euros per night, depending on the season and length of stay, refers to 3 people. For every additional person 20 euros per night will be charged, for children up to 12 years half.

Second TV with DVD player and film collection (small children to adults - e.g. Laura's Stern, Tatort & James Bond Collection) in the Family Suite.

The apartment is on the 1st Floor, there is an elevator.

2 bedrooms face the courtyard (incl. Twittering birds and rustling leaves).

The check in was very smooth and Nina was in constant communication with us as we needed it. They graciously let us check in early for a bit extra money for the maid. In all it felt like the owners were very generous. There was lots of things to use if we needed (toiletries, books, sun hats). Our kids loved the play room! The location is phenomenal if you want to be in the heart of the old city Alfama. A couple wonderful cafés (Copenhagen Coffee and Fora) within very short walking distance. Careful with kids as the tram runs directly outside of the apartment.

Our family loved staying at Nina‘s place!!!! Nina was very responsive to any questions/requests we had and her house was clean and super cute!! Super cool part of Lisbon - in the Alfama - right near the trolley stop. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for a family of 5-6. Big front room and good sized kitchen means we could spread out. We enjoyed going to the Copenhagen Coffee Lab right near the place!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay in the Alfama district. The apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. We used the washer and dryer for a couple loads that helped us out a lot. There were several restaurants very close and the trolley stop was only a short distance away. The narrow siewalks and streets were a little frightening at first, but we quickly adjusted. Little shops were located nearby. The apartment had many extras, like games, toys, bath and food supplies.

This really would be an amazing location for families! Of all the places we stayed during our trip to Portugal this one by far said “home”. The kitchen and bathroom accommodations were outstanding. The location in the Alfama made it easy to go both up and down to see the sites. Neither the host was so helpful and communicative during the entire stay. We loved our time here!

Fantastic location in old town

Great location right on the 28 tram line. Close to good restaurants and views. You don’t need a car but if you do the parking is challenging. Great stay!
