Property was great - right in the heart of Chiado, everything is walkable. Spacious for our family of 5! Deck off of the kitchen was beautiful @ night and great for hanging laundry during the day!

The location was outstanding

This property was exactly what we wanted from our Lisbon experience. We knew there were a lot of stairs to reach the top floor and it was not a problem as it was only a couple times a day. The rooms were charming, but don’t expect a hotel, expect a charming Lisbon apartment with cool angles and built in shelves and closets. I would stay there again. Martim was responsive, helpful and nice.

Good location…. Poor quality

Great location for our family…. However, AC units do not work well, beds are thin and uncomfortable. The deck has numerous boards that are loose and unsafe to step onto. The third bed and room is for children; if your family is tall, do not stay here; low angled ceilings in bedrooms and kitchen- and third bed is too small for an adult. Limited supply of towels…. Loving areas are not clean.

Perfect location to explore Lisbon

This property has a perfect location in Chiado and is a short walk to everything you want to see in Lisbon. Safe location and there are nice restaurants and bars steps from the front door. Check in was easy. Host friendly, met us at check in. Apartment is nice but if you are looking for a soft bed this is not the place for you. Master bed quite firm. Second bathroom has an occasional smell that probably can’t be controlled. Overall a very nice stay!

Central location near the sites

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was centrally located within walking distance to most of the sites. The balcony with table and chairs was a nice feature, enabling us to have breakfast outside and hang out in the evenings.

Great location! Some drawbacks..

Location was amazing! Being 6 flights upstairs no elevator, not so great. Beds could use a topper, all were very firm with nothing between you and the springs. Couch was the best place to sleep. Cute place.

Perfect location!

Everything was perfect. Luis was responsive and the apartment was ideal. Located in a busy neighborhood but still super quiet. New appliances and an adorable balcony for breakfast or late night drinks. Visit Taberna da Rua das Flores just up the hill for fantastic food. There were a lot of stairs but it was perfect after a nice email. We will be back for sure!

Fantastic location

The apartment was spacious and well equipped, and check in was easy. We really enjoyed the location- close to lots of nightlife, Time Out Market yet walkable to the main tourist sites. The only negative was the smell of drains from the main bathroom, which could be quite overpowering at times. We tended to just keep the door shut and use the en suite instead.

Bright apartment with great location!

We had a great stay here - the apartment was spacious, clean and bright. The neighborhood was perfect for getting around by foot, tram or metro. We stayed with two young kids and it was perfect for a family. Luis was a wonderful host - would highly recommend staying here!
