Patrick & I had difficulty communicating as I do not speak French and Patrick does not speak English. We managed this situation with a mobile phone translater.Appreciated having a TV, DVD player and a washing machine (which I used frequently).Upstairs kitchen (which I used) was well equiped. There is a second kitched and double bedroom on the ground floor (which I didn't use).There are a lot of steps (outside and inside) that would be difficult for someone with limited mobility.

A l'ouverture de la porte, une odeur d'humidité et de vieillot. L'intérieur de la maison a besoin d'un bon rafraichissement et d'un meilleur entretien. La cuisine est petite et peu fonctionnelle. La maison est située au calme et le jardin est agréable.

Désolé que la maison ne vous a pas plu,pourtant les photos sont conformes à la maison.Et chaque année on fait des travaux(17000 euros en 2023). Pour l'odeur de vieillot j'ai du mal à comprendre car la maison était louer depuis 1 mois et personne n'a fait de réflexion.

la location conforme à la description (l'électricité à payer en plus, mal indiqué sur la présentation mais cela ne nous a pas posé de problème) est idéalement située pour les visites (Locronan, Concarneau, Nevez et ses belles chaumières, Pont L'Abbé, Bénodet, Pont Aven etc...) Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Location propre et très fonctionnelle. Idéal pour 4 pas plus car cuisine assez petite.

Großes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist geräumig und hat alles was es braucht. Die Gegend ist ruhig und doch ist der Strand nah (Auto <5 Minuten, zu Fuß < 30 Minuten). Quimper, Concarnau und viele weitere schönes Strände sind schnell zu erreichen.

belle habitation proche de port la foret dans un cadre tranquille

Belle batisse avec grand volume pouvant accueillir un noyau familial , grand jardin avec grand garage parfait pour réguler les activités familiales possibilté d 'accueil de nos 3 chiens tout en étant trés vigilant sur les nuisances sonores que cela peut entrainer avec le voisinage Maison de famille , avec tout le matériel nécessaire le seul petit bémol est le bruit de la chasse d' eau surtout la nuit Nous sommes trés satisfait de cette belle découverte
