- Home 4 families or 15 people, for the peace or the Party: 7 rooms 5 rooms of water, 1 bathroom + shower and 7 WC (separated)

- Bright living room (70 m²) air-conditioned, suitable for large meetings, open on terraces and pool (13/6 m), tiled, heated, secure.
- Nap under the pines.
- Boules pitch, ping pong.
- Parking closed 10 cars, easy access by large electric gate.
- Garden 1. 500 m² fully walled.

"La Bergerie" is very nice for a family party or with friends.
- Reception of 30 people seated very possible (inside).
- 40 to 50 people outside on sunny days
In the village an excellent caterer, book at home, for all or part of a meal without worries.

La Bergerie

The property was good for our family. Several appliances were not working or missing and the property manager did his best to rectify, The crockery and glssses were dirty and had to be washed before use. The showers did not drain properly and there were smells from the drains at times. Swimming pool was excellent but property needs more air conditioning. Fans in the bedrooms are not sufficient. Could not fix shower in studio. Advised property manager but not repaired. Loupian is a lovely village with good restaurants snd boulangeries. When we arrived one cot was broken and had to be replaced, mattress on cot was stained. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it was far from perfect.

Un très bon séjour dans une magnifique demeure

Rien n'a redire, des propriétaires au petit soin, une superbe demeure. De bons conseils pour la préparation de notre séjour de 4 jours (traiteur). L'ensemble de la demeure conforme à sa description, une jolie piscine dans un grand jardin fleuri et un grand parking pour jouer aux boules. Un très bon souvenir pour toute la famille et amis.

Lovely villa in rural France

The pictures do not do this villa justice - I stayed here with 11 friends and we had an amazing time! The villa is rustic and not filled with modern things, but for us it was perfect. The lounge has air con and the bedrooms have fans, it was hot but we were still able to sleep! There is a handyman who comes every day to clean the pool and look after the grounds, he only speaks French but he was super lovely and helpful - he even bought us extra charcoal for the BBQ and some melons! The pool is great, and the BBQ was big enough to cook for the 12 of us, and lovely sized communal seating for group dinners! The village is tiny but incredible - a nice bar, lovely restaurant and lots of great bakeries and a small shop. We ended up booking a carrefour grocery order but you can take a 5 minute bus to Meze for shopping or to go to the beach (we didn't have a car). Martine was easy to communicate with and the check-in process was very smooth. Overall a lovely holiday and we would absolutely love to come back!!

Séjour parfait endroit idéal pour fête en famille

Un séjour inoubliable tant par la qualité des participants réunis pour les 80 ans de mérotte que de la qualité de la Bergerie très bien entretenue, merveilleusement équipée, décorée comme si vous étiez invités dans la famille, idéalement placée pour les amateurs de campagne et de crustacés. C'était parfait , vraiment .

Cette propriété nous a permis de passer une cousinade dans des conditions parfaites . Elle est adaptée pour les jeunes et les anciens aussi ( suites parentales en bas ) . L'espace , les équipements , l'accueil de Martine Chaouat......tout était impeccable et attentionné . En plus , nous avons eu le soleil ! Il est important de noter aussi que s'il avait plu , nous aurions très bien pu festoyer à l'intérieur , sans problème . L'équipement intérieur de la maison , des chambres , de la cuisine : que du bien à dire. Le grand parking / terrain de boules derrière la Bergerie a aussi permis de bons moments tout comme la table de ping-pong et la " prairie " pour les parties de Mollky et palets. Et nous avons pu venir avec nos 2 chiens , ce qui a grandement facilité l'organisation de certains . Vraiment , pas une ombre au tableau . Merci infiniment à Martine pour son accueil et sa disponibilité . Week-end réussi grâce à cette bien belle Bergerie !

Très bon séjour à Loupian à la bergerie. Location conforme à l’annonce. Les +: - piscine (avec filet pour volley Ball) terrasse, table de ping pong, grand barbecue, proximité terrasse/piscine (vue sur les enfants) - Cuisine et séjour avec tous les équipements nécessaires. - chambre/salles d’eau en nombre suffisant pour notre groupe Les -: - la mansarde est très basse à l’étage pour la dernière chambre à coucher ainsi que les deux salles d’eau (difficile si on mesure plus d’1.70m)

Family holiday accommodation with positives and negatives

Having seen only 5* reviews we were surprised to find a somewhat dated property which had some issues. The property is spacious and bright, however, appears to be occupied by the owners at times and some of the rooms storage/wardrobe areas were filled with their clothes leaving us to live out of suitcases for two weeks. Whilst there is everything you need in terms of facilities, the property does not feel like a guest rental, more that the owners are due back at anytime. The air conditioning as advertised is only in the lounge area and one of the two Units was broken which could be an issue for future travellers where the heat in the bedrooms was excessive. The plumbing was also problematic with the showers overflowing through blocked drains, tiles lifting and the toilet flush repeatedly failing. A cooking accident which resulted in a ceramic glass lid to the inset fryer being broken resulted in over £700 being taken from our deposit which was excessive given that the property would be insured?? however this may have been due to the fact that the equipment was so old, a replacement lid could not be sourced. This should be considered though as the property has an abundance of personal items which present a risk particularly to those with children. The pool is a great size and depth for those with younger children and there is plenty of parking. The local town has the necessary shopping basics and were friendly and accommodating given the Covid restrictions.

Great home in a living village

Thank you, Martine and Benjamin for letting us stay in your lovely home and being on hand for any queries. It suited our party of 8 adults and 2 small babies perfectly. The large open plan kitchen/living/dining meant that there was plenty of room for all of us to assemble inside when the weather stopped us being outside. The large pool (heated to 25C) was perfect for swimming but was also a good depth for introducing babies to the water. The garden had plenty of shady areas for when the sun was too strong and the BBQ was super. The large number of bedrooms and bathrooms lent flexibility to the sleeping arrangements and the young couple with no baby enjoyed the separation of the studio! This was ideal for them although the spiral staircase could be a problem for the elderly or the very young! The village is fascinating and within walking distance there is a boulangerie and a popular local restaurant (open every lunchtime and on Friday and Saturday evenings). The larger village of Meze is close by with supermarkets and a small beach and Bouzigues’ waterfront is packed with seafood restaurants in view of the oyster beds. Thank you also to M Georges for his attentions to the pool and grounds. We would love to stay again in this lovely house in a great area and would highly recommend it.

La maison correspond bien à l'annonce. Cadre agréable. Maison très bien équipée et spacieuse (linges, beaucoup de vaisselles à disposition, télévision, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, tables, jeux, ...). Environnement calme. Le gardien est à 500m de la maison et il est disponible à tout moment. Piscine propre et bien entretenue. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour ainsi que nos invités.
