The apartment, on the 2° floor of an elegant condo with elevator, built in the early sixties is well-known for its unique architecture in wood and concrete. Via Piccolomini is a famous street for its stunning view over Rome and S Peter’s Dome. Villa Panphili, the biggest public park in Rome, is just two minutes walking from the flat.
The apartment, recently refurbished, is finely decorated with a combination of modern and antique furniture, paintings and old carpets.
It consists of a large hall, a dining room, a bright living room with a full window wall, fireplace, two comfortable couches, TV, stereo, a desk and a large terrace overlooking St. Peter and the center of Rome, perfect for aperitifs and dinner when the climate in mild. There are two queen-size bedrooms with full wall closets overlooking another large terrace, two bathrooms with marble washbasin, shower and tub and a large kitchen with a table for 6 people, large refrigerator/freezer, a four fires stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American and Nespresso coffee machine and a laundry area with washing machine, clothes rack, iron and iron board.
The apartment has independent heating, air-condition in all rooms and free WI-FI.
It is well connected through public transportations (there is a bus stop in front of the apartment) to the downtown area and to Termini railway central station. A taxi station is nearby.
St. Peter Square, Castel Sant’Angelo, Campo dei Fiori and Piazza Navona can be easily reached with a 10/15 minutes walk.

TOURIST ACCOMMODATION TAX
Roma Capitale Authority has decided on a tourist accommodation tax that will be due from guests of hotels, holiday homes, rented rooms establishments, bed & breakfasts and camping grounds in Rome (this measure does not apply to hostels) The tourist accommodation tax is due for each night spent in Rome's accommodation facilities.
The Tourist Accommodation Tax is not included in the rental fee and has to be paid cash at arrival. The amount of the tax is 3,50€ per person per day of stay (for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights),except for children under 10 years old.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The deposit will be refunded automatically through Homeaway one week after check-out.
CLEANIN
Final cleaning is not included in the day rental fee.
Weekly cleaning and linen change are included for longer stays (over a week).
KEYS
You will have 2 sets of keys, please note that in case of loss a replacement fee of 50€ will be charged.
Please make sure you don't leave the key in the lock from inside.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
It requires the signature of a rental agreement.
