Very beautiful high standing house, partly enclosed park of 3000 m2 with a pool of 13x6.
Large living room in 2 parts, very well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate toilet.
Complete garden equipment and quality, BBQ, shade and sun in front of the house of your choice.
Large pool 13x6, with part to 1.10 m, diving pit lined with a safety ledge to 1.10 m.

The house is very private, located at the end of a quiet lane in the middle of a vineyard. The kitchen is well equipped, and has a good size and very comfortable. After relaxing by the pool and soaking up the sun, we toured the area, visiting the many castles.

Es sind auch viele schöne Ausflugsziele in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung vorhanden, die in einem Ordner im Haus aufgelistet sind. Das Haus ist super zum Musizieren geeignet, da en ein Klavier verfügt und man keinen Nachbarn stört. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Immersed in Medoc

We were surprised by the close proximity of vineyard buildings but the house and garden were very private and quiet. The outside space was great to experience and the pool was a great facility and the focal point of a very enjoyable holiday.

Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Unterkunft verbracht. Der Pool und der Garten sind großzügig. Auch das alte Haus ist außen sehr schön. Allerdings sind folgende Punkte in der Beschreibung und den Fotos nicht zu sehen: 1. Im Haus war ein störender Geruch, der erst nach Tagen und nach Aktivierung der Belüftungsanlage nachließ. 2. Die Toilette befindet sich in einem ca. 0,5 qm großen Raum neben dem Bad. 3. Das Haus ist Teil eines Weinanbaubetriebs. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich ein sehr großes, fabrikähnliches Gebäude (ca. 20 m Höhe) mit einer Verkleidung aus silberfarbenen Metallblechen. Die Sicht nach außen ist (nur) in den Schlafräumen beeinträchtigt. 4. Während des Aufenthalts hatten wir vor allem nachts viele Mücken im Haus. Uns wurden elektrische Mückenfallen zur Verfügung gestellt, die etwas geholfen haben.

Idyllischer Ort

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Bégadan. Das Haus hat ein großes und gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer und der Garten ist ein Paradies mit den großen Bäumen und dem Ausblick auf die Weinfelder. Der Pool war natürlich das größte Highlight und das haben wir als ganze Familie in vollen Zügen genossen.

Tolles Haus mit sensationellem Garten in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir haben 2 super Wochen hier verbracht. Der Haus ist toll aufgeteilt. Ein großzügiger Wohnbereich, eine gut eingerichtete Küche und ein abgetrennter Bereich mit Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Der Garten ist riesengroß, mit zahlreichen Bäumen und Büschen und einem ebenfalls sehr großen und zum Teil auch schön tiefen Pool. Wenn möglich, kommen wir wieder!

Super vacances, belle maison, beau jardin, belle piscine, Le tout bien entretenu.. Accueil parfait avec toutes les infos nécessaires. Lieu très calme, très reposant. Une piscine aux grandes dimensions avec fosse pour plonger (un peu froide mais du à la saison). La maison était charmante et comportait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous y retournerons sans hésitations.

Un petit coin de Paradis au milieu des vignes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieu calme entouré de vignes. Le jardin est très joli et on s'y sent bien toute la journée. La piscine est grande et très agréable pour tous les âges. Le perron fleuri est un endroit très charmant. La maison est très appréciable et propre. L'accueil est très sympa. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Un bien avec un beau potentiel mais.....

Malgré une piscine tout à fait agréable sans oublier un environnement tout à fait calme et sympa nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité /prix des équipements fort décevants. Voici une liste des choses qui nous paraissent importantes à signaler: La literie est vraiment d’un autre temps et ne permet pas d’assurer un confort correct. Un barbecue dans un état vraiment lamentable... Le parc mériterai un entretien adapté au niveau des tailles ( luminaires extérieures totalement cachés par la végétation, escalier obstrué etc....) Dommage, car le parc est superbe.... Une partie de la vaisselle était sale à notre arrivée. Mobilier de jardin pas très confortable et dans un état pas terrible... Manque de parasol (même si les arbres offrent, c’est vrai, de l’ombre une partie de la journée). 1!!! essuie de cuisine pour toute la semaine, manque de matériel pour nettoyer un peu au jour le jour. Etc....

Grand jardin trés agréable mais propriétaires hautains et méprissants.

A notre arrivée nous avons découvert une belle propriété. Lors de l'état des lieux d'entrée la maison était propre mais la piscine n'avait pas été nettoyée. Nous l'avons immédiatement signalé à la concierge qui a pu également le constater. Les propriétaires nous ont alors appelé depuis leur lieux de vacances en nous expliquant que le nettoyage avait été fait 2 jours avant et que nous avions a notre disposition l'épuisette et le balai pour passer un coup. Nous trouvons légitime que la piscine soit nettoyée en début de séjour de la même manière que le ménage est fait avant notre arrivée. Nous sommes arrivés le dimanche, les locataires précédents étaient présents jusqu'au samedi et la piscine ( mal) nettoyée le vendredi matin. Devant notre insistance ils ont finalement envoyé le pisciniste qui a laissé le robot trop peu de temps pour que le résultat soit visible ( toujours des traces noires et des amas de végétaux ,insectes morts dans le fond). Nous les avons de nouveau averti, tout en restant cordiales. Ils ont de suite monté le ton en nous faisant passer pour des locataires trop exigeants. Ils n'ont pas voulu entendre que notre demande était normale au point de nous proposer de partir sur le champs. Une seconde personne a finalement été envoyée pour passer le robot, le resultat était cette fois ci concluant. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. La maison est fonctionnelle dans le style maison de campagne.

Une semaine d’ecceotion

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille dans cette superbe propriété. Au milieu des vignes, une maison calme et fraîche entourée d’une belle piscine, d’un vaste jardin nous a permis de passer d’excellentes vacances. Bien situé dans le médoc, à proximité de l’estuaire et proche des plages de Soulac sur mer. L’accueil était parfait. La piscine est grande avec une belle profondeur et est équipée d’alarmes. Une douche, des transats, des tables sous les arbres permettent de laisser s’écouler le temps sous le soleil. La qualité de l’eau était nickel. Nous espérons revenir bientôt.

Perfect spot for relaxation and exploring Medoc

When you look for a spot to completely withdraw yourself from the hectic day-to-day live this is the spot to be. Surrounded by vineyards and with a ceiling of a true dark starry night and still major supermarkets just 10 and beach 40 minutes away. The house is more then complete and both the swimmingpool and garden are very big and enclosed so even if someone drives along the road, you still have complete privacy. We had some bad luck upon arrival and in the first week which was perfectly solved by the property manager together with the owner. We would return if we come back to the Medoc for sure!
