This is a fantastic property with amazing hosts!!! Located right in the middle of “The Strand” district, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are just a short walk. Excellent parking garage (1 block away) provided by the host was very convenient. Our unit was the top floor, so a couple flights of stairs, but the host helped us with our luggage upon check-in which was GREATLY appreciated.

Hosts Joanna and Brian were the best hosts, they reached out several times before stay to offer suggestions. They left snacks, wine, bottled water and fully stocked coffee bar. We both love to entertain and have hosted and chaired many parties and events over the years. Whiteside Town Flats gives us the opportunity to host and meet amazing folks from all walks of life. It is a privilege for us to share our building.

Why they chose this property

We have always loved this building as it has been in our family for over 20 years. We bought it from Brian's parents in 2009 and have not looked back.

What makes this property unique

Whiteside Town Flats is an incredible building. Everyone who enters tells us that they feel something truly special that is very hard to explain. There is a quiet about the building that is comforting even though we are literally in the middle of all the action in downtown Galveston.
